In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

𝑬𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒖𝒆: Closure in Abilene
As soon as I flew into town I went straight to @salty_roan_bakehouse, of course.

For those of you who’ve followed along, our family moved to Florida three years ago. But our house and most of our belongings stayed behind in Texas, waiting for a sale. Living in two states has been chaotic, to say the least. College coaching is not for the faint of heart… Anyway, we’re thrilled to be closing in a couple weeks, and handing over the keys to a new family who will love this place as much as we did! God is always on time🙌

This is a total blessing, and also MOVING IS THE WORST😅😵‍💫😩 Paul flew out to pack for a couple days and then we passed by each other in the air when I went to take my turn bc one of us had to be home in Jax with the kids. My very wise husband surprised me by flying into TX the only person who could stand packing for hours on end for days at a time with me - Mom! She has helped me with every move I’ve ever made. NY-SC-OH-MN-TX-FL. Yep, Sandy’s the best.

Packing is the pits but my heart is full after finding some sweet & funny treasures and taking dinner breaks to catch up with friends - Coach Goodenough & Bailey… Millie… Angela… my absolute favorites!

🥳🎈🎉𝐀𝐯𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝟏𝟓 & 𝐌𝐲𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝟏𝟑!

We celebrated two birthdays this week and now have exclusively teenagers in our house. They gang up on Paul & me with their old people jokes, serve in kids ministry at church, run around playing all the sports, and still fight like cats & dogs (iykyk) Being mom to these girls is the joy of my life❤️❤️ by @coach_elambert
