Wishing a Happy Birthday to @nevy.hyatt, and big 50th, to the one who keeps the Hyatt Group going, keeping us on track, the numbers expert, and the pretty face of the team. 😍 More life! More experiences!

26 years of marriage teaches you a few things.

How to listen. How to communicate. How to work through problems. And how to make big decisions when the answer isn’t always obvious.

Turns out, those things matter quite a bit in real estate too.

We don’t always agree 😂 — but we trust each other, know each other’s strengths, and when we’re working for a client, we’re always pulling in the same direction.

Buying or selling a home is personal. We think the people helping you through it should understand that.

26 years. One team. And we’d love to be part of yours.

Loved living in the city. But things change. What you want changes. And honestly, we will adjust our lives to the needs of our pups🐶🐶And that’s fine with us. Slower, quieter, different vibe. We still visit our fav social spots around charlotte. But get to come home to a more relaxed vibe. And right now, it works.

Real estate is personal. So are we.

We’re Jamie & Nevy Hyatt — The Hyatt Group.

We help people buy, sell and relocate throughout Charlotte and the surrounding NC & SC communities, while also providing nationwide relocation support for athletes and their families.

Different moves. Different stories. Same approach — be available, be honest, and take care of people.

That’s us. That’s The Hyatt Group. 🏡

Stay consistent. Stay healthy. Stay recovered.

We’ve learned to give space to our boys during camp season. They need to focus on one thing only during this time. Stacking days, performing, and recovery.

They often delete their social media apps, as many choose to do this, to keep distractions to a minimum.

We always encourage them to sleep…sleep…and more sleep. Mental and physical recovery are the biggest advantages.

And as always, keep the main thing, the main thing. by @coach_hyatt

Camp season is all about stacking days. Most people see the clips and action photos.

They don’t see the ice baths.
The treatment.
The film sessions and all day meetings.
The recovery.
The mental grind of coming back and doing it all again the next morning.

Training camp is less about one moment, and more about showing coaches you can stack great days together.

That’s how confidence is built.
That’s how chemistry grows.
That’s how seasons begin.

Here’s to another camp and another opportunity.

Tucked into Wilmore, right on the edge of South End, the “Gold District” is such a great area to explore and visit on your next outing. You’ve probably driven through this area without realizing you left South End.

We met some clients at the @tybercreek pub. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of character, great staff, and just a really cool spot to grab a drink and hang out for while. Pet friendly!!

Definitely adding this one to our Charlotte favorites.

It’s not always about working. Not always about real estate…

We ALL have to take care of ourselves.

Life can get stressful, emotional, exhausting…

The gym for us, isn’t about looking good. It’s where we can reset.

An hour here…means we are

More patient,
More focused,
Better listeners.

We can be better for our clients. We can be better for each other, and we can be better for our own selves.

Healthy, relaxed, and full of energy to lock in and the best version of US!

That quick walk around the neighborhood, take it. Park farther from your place of work, do it. Steps up to the next floor, yep. Get moving…somehow, some way. Oh and don’t forget…always spend some time releasing your hips and lower back. 😫😫

The best deals aren’t just about price.

They’re about avoiding the mistakes that cost you years later.
