POSTS STORIES REELS

A little reintroduction since there are lots of new faces here lately… 💗✨

Hi, I’m Stephany.

🩷 Paralegal by day, Life & Success Coach by passion.
🩷 Wife and dog mom to Max & Champ.
🩷 Equal parts spiritual and practical.
🩷 Pink, black, and glitter are personality traits.
🩷 My playlist has no rules: rock, pop, reggaeton, country, bachata, R&B and everything in between, it’s all there.
🩷 Proudly Dominican, Spanish, and Italian.
🩷 I love tattoos, fun hair colors, sunsets, mountains, candles, and deep conversations.
🩷 I still believe in romantic comedy kind of love.
🩷 I’m loud, passionate, and if I’m comfortable with you, I can talk for hours.
🩷 I don’t do small talk: tell me about your dreams, your healing, and the moments that changed your life.
🩷 I’m a four-time author and recently released my first guided journal, The Empowered Exhale Journal.

Most importantly, I believe healing and growth aren’t about becoming someone new, they’re about becoming more of who you truly are.

If you’re here, welcome. I’m so glad you found my little corner of the internet. 💕

Now tell me about you! Where are you from or what’s one random fun fact about yourself?

There was a time I truly believed I was no one.

I didn’t think I had much to offer.

I stayed small. Quiet. I didn’t believe I mattered.

I never imagined I’d one day be trusted to hold space for other women.

Then I started doing my own work. The messy kind. The uncomfortable kind. The kind that changes you from the inside out.

Somewhere along the way, coaching found me. And I fell in love with being a guide, not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it’s like to feel lost and find your way back to yourself.

So these client testimonials aren’t just words on a screen to me. They are reflections of courage. Of trust. Of women choosing themselves.

It’s an honor I will never take lightly. 💗

You can love your career, be grateful for your life, AND still want more for yourself. 💗

I’m a little over a week into my new role, learning new things, embracing new challenges, and genuinely enjoying this season.

And one thing I’m realizing?

I don’t have to choose between ambition and peace. Between my legal career and coaching. Between building a successful life and actually ENJOYING it.

And neither do you.

Maybe you’re tired of being everyone’s go-to person.

Maybe you’ve spent so long meeting expectations that you’ve forgotten what YOU actually want.

Or maybe you’re ready for something different, but the overthinking, guilt, and old patterns keep getting in the way.

That’s where our work together begins.

Through breakthrough sessions, deeper resets, and private coaching, I help women rebuild self-trust, release the patterns keeping them stuck, and create success on THEIR terms.

✨ You don’t need to start your life over. You get to start showing up for yourself differently.

💌 DM me EXPAND if you’re ready to explore what that could look like for YOU.

I’m actually a whole lot of fun… until I’m hungry, overstimulated, or somebody decides to test my patience. 😂💅🏽

Other than that? An absolute delight. 😘💕

Cute, happy, a little extra, and fully aware that I’m not everybody’s cup of tea. And guess what? I’m perfectly fine with that. 💋🤣

It’s my birthdayyyyy! 🥳👑🎂💕

42 years around the sun, and yes, I put on my birthday crown and a little makeup for the occasion! Because even if I’m not going anywhere fancy, I’m still the birthday girl! 😂💁🏻‍♀️
*original photo is in stories

The truth is, today is going to be pretty low-key. I’ll be spending some time getting myself ready for the week ahead, doing a few things around the house, and enjoying a little downtime. Hubby is handling most of the chores (as usual ❤️), so that definitely helps!

I’ve noticed that the older I get, the more normal these quiet birthdays have become. And I’m perfectly okay with that. I don’t need a big celebration every year to feel like I’ve celebrated myself.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There WILL be cake, a little fun, and some birthday girl treatment sprinkled in! 🎂😂

But otherwise, it’s a pretty normal Sunday over here.

And there’s something really nice about being able to say that I’m happy with where I am right now. Life isn’t perfect, there’s always something to do, and I have plenty of goals I’m still working toward, but I’m genuinely grateful for the life I’m living and excited about what’s ahead.

So here’s to 42! More life, more love, more laughter, more experiences, and continuing to create a life that feels good to ME.

Crown on, coffee in hand, and birthday girl energy activated! 👑☕️💕

Happy birthday to me! 🥳♏️ by @coach_stephanydmitchell

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the woman I’m becoming.

Not because I’m trying to reinvent myself, but because I’m finally giving myself permission to embrace ALL of who I am.

The ambitious woman who loves her legal career.

The entrepreneur who has big dreams for her coaching business.

The woman who wants success, financial freedom, meaningful relationships, adventure, peace, and a life that actually feels good to live.

For a long time, I thought I had to choose. That pursuing one dream meant putting another aside. That success had to look a certain way.

But I’m realizing something.

I don’t have to fit into anyone else’s definition of success.

I can be ambitious AND intentional.
I can build AND enjoy my life.
I can pursue more AND appreciate what I already have.

And I can change my mind along the way.

Tomorrow, I turn 42. 🎂💗

And as I step into this next chapter, I’m less interested in proving what I’m capable of and more interested in actually EXPERIENCING the life I’m creating.

On my terms. At my pace. With God guiding my steps.

Multifaceted by nature. Purposeful by choice. 💕

Here’s to becoming more of ourselves, not less.

Two days ago, I walked out of the office where I spent the last 4.5 years for the last time.

Today, someone sent me this picture.

My name was already gone. And I cried. ❤️‍🩹

Not because I regret leaving. I left on good terms, with so much gratitude for the people I worked with and genuine excitement for what’s next.

But seeing this made everything feel so final.

For 4.5 years, that was MY office. A place where I worked hard, built relationships, navigated stressful days, and created memories.

And just like that, the name comes down. The work continues. Corporate life moves on.

I know the people I worked with haven’t forgotten me, but there’s something emotional about realizing how quickly a place that was such a big part of your life moves forward without you.

I think there’s a little grief in that.

And a reminder that we can love our careers, take pride in our work, and give our best without allowing a job to define our worth.

Because the name may come off the door, but the relationships, experiences, and impact don’t disappear with it.

I’m incredibly proud of the legal career I’ve built, and I’m excited to continue growing it somewhere new.

But today, I’m allowing myself to feel the sadness of an ending alongside the excitement of a new beginning. ❤️

Have you ever experienced this?

For a while, I think I confused ambition with constantly needing to do MORE.

More growth. More accomplishments. More opportunities. More of whatever everyone else seemed to be doing.

And somewhere along the way, I started questioning whether the life I genuinely love was enough.

After almost 20 years in the legal profession, I’m incredibly proud of the career I’ve built. And I’m equally passionate about growing my coaching business.

For a while, I felt like I was supposed to choose.

But here’s what I’m realizing as I close one chapter and prepare to turn 42…

I don’t have to choose between two things I love just because someone else’s definition of success says I should.

I’m still dreaming big. I’m still building. I’m still growing.

I’m just doing it on MY terms, in a way that aligns with the life I actually want to live.

And that feels incredibly freeing. 💗

🎙️ I’m talking about all of this on the newest episode of The Empowered Exhale: I Don’t Want Someone Else’s Version of Success Anymore.

✨ Have you ever felt pressured to pursue a version of success that wasn’t necessarily yours?

How many times have you promised yourself THIS would be the week you finally stayed consistent? 🙋🏻‍♀️

We’re so quick to label ourselves lazy, unmotivated, or undisciplined when we don’t follow through.

But sometimes there’s more happening beneath the surface.

Our past experiences, beliefs, and the meaning we’ve attached to certain behaviors can influence how we show up today.

And sometimes avoiding something gives us temporary relief from pressure, fear, or expectations we didn’t even realize were there.

Of course, sometimes we’re just tired and need rest. 😂

But when you keep repeating the same pattern, it’s worth getting curious instead of getting critical.

You can’t shame yourself into a healthy relationship with yourself. 💗

What’s ONE thing you’ve struggled to stay consistent with?

Being an ambitious woman is a full-time job on top of my actual full-time job. 😂💕

One minute, I’m making plans, dreaming bigger, coming up with new business ideas, and feeling like I can take on the entire world.

The next? I’m wondering why everyone needs something from me and whether it’s socially acceptable to disappear under a blanket for the next 48 hours. 😂

And the funniest part? I genuinely WANT to do all the things!

I want the success, the adventures, the experiences, the growth, and the life I’m working so hard to create.

I just also want to be left alone sometimes. 🤣

Where are my ambitious but chronically overstimulated women at?! 🙋🏻‍♀️💗

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to really put myself out there.

Not just being visible on social media, but being KNOWN for my work, my expertise, and the impact I want to make.

I love coaching one-on-one, but I’ve been craving MORE. More opportunities to facilitate, collaborate, speak, and create experiences where women can actually experience the work I do.

And here’s the thing… public speaking and putting myself in unfamiliar rooms? Still terrifying sometimes. 😂

But today, I took a step!

I applied to become a practitioner at a local wellness space, AND I’m starting to plan my first in-person Empowered Exhale Experience! 🥹💗

Do I have it all figured out? Absolutely not.

But I’m learning that I can be nervous, excited, uncertain, and STILL move toward what I want.

I don’t need to feel completely ready to give myself permission to begin.

And neither do you. ❤️‍🔥
