CLIENT TRANSFORMATION As anyone knows who’s gone through the process of correcting a gut dysfunction, it can be quite challenging. Taking supplements and eating food is the easy part. Anyone can do that. The difficult part is creating new behaviors and thought patterns that are in line with the person you truly want to become. That’s the part where people hit a sticking point. Alecia is one of those few rare individuals who is truly willing to do anything it takes to continually evolve. When we first linked up she had been dealing with consistent bloating and chronic constipation for most of her life. This was extremely limiting for her, seeing how she’d always been an athlete and wanted to get back to that. Her body and mind weren’t cooperating though. This has truly been one of my favorite clients cases to date. I’ve loved every minute of it and we’ve become very good friends throughout the process. I’m proud to say we’ve been able to take Alecia from stressed and bloated to now being in the best shape of her life (also extremely health & happy). If a 39 years old wife and mother of 3 can overcome the odds… I promise you can too. Anything is possible when you immerse yourself in the process. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. Have you been wondering about working with me? I’ve been working with @jacobgrams for 4 months at this point and we’ve made some HUGE strides forward. Truly, this guy is a dream client. He’s open to change, communicates well, works hard and is very intelligent. This combination is invaluable in a coach-athlete relationship and has allowed us to cover 12 months of work in 1/3 of the time. If you’re interested in working 1:1 with me, reach out via DM or book your free call through my bio link. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 💪 Training & Nutrition 🦠 Gut & Metabolic Health 🧠 Nervous System & Mindset 🎯 Remote Coaching & Lab Reviews •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• by @coach_taylorseibel
Immersive Performance is moving into a new era. Through reflecting back on the past 4 years, I’ve realized it’s time for something more. An expansion, if you will. I’m ready to begin sharing my most authentic vision with the world. I’ve played it small and conservative for far too long. The true essence of my work is ready to shine through. No more holding back my gifts for the sake of “fitting in”. It’s time to stand out. The new standard is calling to be brought forth. #immersivehealth #immerseyourself by @coach_taylorseibel
Change can be really fucking scary. A conversation today with a new client brought some thoughts to mind that I felt were important to share. If we want something new, it’s going to require us to explore unknown territory. In a coaching context, oftentimes that means implementing strategies that are totally different than what you’re currently doing. Whether that be with how we eat, how we train or even how we manage and associate with the stressors in our lives. A good coach can see the bigger picture of your life and goals, then help you walk the path toward them (even when it feels scary or uncertain). Getting back into a rhythm with sharing more on here and the thoughts were fresh, so here’s a raw unedited take (yes, it’s 10pm and I pulled over on the side of the road to record this). •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 💪 Training & Nutrition 🦠 Gut & Metabolic Health 🧠 Nervous System & Mindset 🎯 Remote Coaching & Lab Reviews •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• by @coach_taylorseibel
Quickie at home today… Deets below ⬇️ 30min nasal breathing walk in the sun to start Then 15min timer, rolling through rounds for the duration, keeping breathing controlled & oxygen high throughout Seated vertical jump x 3 Med ball slam x 5 Broad jump x 3 Kneeling chest throw x 5 Nothing crazy and certainly not looking great biomechanics wise today, but a quick way to boost brain power & insulin sensitivity for the rest of the day 🧠 🔋 ⚡️ by @coach_taylorseibel
I never could have predicted these past few months. Taylor and I met, and quickly realized we really didn’t want to keep doing life apart. I think we all know the saying… and I can tell you first hand, it’s true. So we made the decision, found a home, and got everything in order to move my whole life across the country in less than a month. Took us nearly 2 days driving straight through with a 3 hour nap (yes, I remained a passenger princess upon Taylor’s request), with my car trailing behind and my cat riding shotgun, all the way to Tucson. We unloaded all my things into our new home, then went right back to packing up his place and bringing it to the new spot. Now we’re three cats deep and learning to be a little family under one roof. This is so much more than a move; it’s merging our hearts, our lives, and the way we both feel called to love and serve those around us. This is just the tip of the iceberg, and I can’t wait to keep sharing what God has in store for us. 🤍 by @coach_taylorseibel
Your nervous system was never meant to regulate itself alone. This is something most people in the wellness space completely overlook. They’ll tell you to breathe more, meditate more, do more cold plunges, take more supplements. And while those things definitely matter, they’re also leaving out one of the most powerful regulation tools you have access to every single day: other people. It’s called co-regulation. And here’s what it actually means: Your nervous system is always reading the environment around you. The tone of someone’s voice. The tension in their body. The pace of their breathing. The safety in their eyes. When you are in the presence of someone whose nervous system is calm and regulated, your nervous system starts to mirror it. Not because you decided to calm down, but because your body is doing what it was designed to do. This is why you feel inexplicably better after spending time with certain people. This is why the wrong relationships leave you drained and dysregulated even when nothing specifically bad” happened. This is why isolation makes everything harder. This is why community is not optional; it’s biological. You are literally wired for connection. “It is not good for man to be alone.” — Genesis 2:18 God knew what He was doing when He said that. Not just relationally, but physiologically. The people you surround yourself with are either regulating your nervous system or dysregulating it. May sound dramatic, but again it’s actually how we’re biologically wired. So who in your life leaves you feeling calm, seen, and safe? And who leaves you feeling depleted, anxious, and on edge? Your nervous system already knows the answer. It’s time to listen to it. P.S. I’m so grateful to co-regulate with this human, you’re such a blessing to me.❤️ by @coach_taylorseibel
Cycles of re-alignment feel constant at times. Navigating life through a narrow lens. Only to be abruptly widened. Life really a heroes journey in both a micro and macro cosmic way. All good stories need a hero that overcame it all. With that I leave you to ponder my favorite mantra (shout out @justindlovato I am at peace I fully trust I fully allow by @coach_taylorseibel
Health is more about synergies than any one strategy in isolation. What we’re really looking for is pairing things in a way that equates to a 1+1=3 type effect. Simply taking ashwagandha or doing a meditation isn’t enough to manage stress. The more specific we can be with inputs, the more specific our results will be. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🏋🏽 Strength & Conditioning 🥗 Integrative Health 🧠 Conscious Conversations 📈 Online Coaching •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• by @coach_taylorseibel
Poor aerobic fitness accounts for A LOT of the underlying health based issues I see with people. By having a “testing block” at the start of the coaching process, we can quickly understand exactly where our limitations are (movement quality, strength, power, endurance, etc). This allows me to make specific programs built for each clients exact needs, rather than simply following a cookie cutter approach or guessing. P.S. doubling down on your weakest link is a huge cheat code for fast results (if that’s your thing) 😉 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🏋🏽 Strength & Conditioning 🥗 Integrative Health 🧠 Conscious Conversations 📈 Online Coaching •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• by @coach_taylorseibel
The frequency of love ❤️ Many of us wish to heal ourselves. We may also feel called to guide others along their healing journey. Whether we know it or not, the frequency that we operate at directly impacts our success. Love facilitates healing. Lower vibrational states like shame, guilt, fear, anger and pride repel. They keep us stuck in the same old cycles. This is why it’s important that we make time each day for peace, acceptance and to remember we are love. With the chaos of life these days, I can understand why it’s so easy to fall asleep. To simply run on auto pilot with minimal awareness. However, when we slow down to breathe… To simply BE… We enter an altered state of consciousness, where we remember. We remember who we are. We remember our purpose. We remember what really matters. “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our freedom and our growth” If you would like help in living a more peaceful life, please reach out. I would love to provide tools and insights. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🏋🏽 Strength & Conditioning 🥗 Integrative Health 🧠 Conscious Conversations 📈 Online Coaching •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #immersivehealth #integrativehealth #strengthandconditioning #onlinebusiness #onlinecoach #mindbodyspirit by @coach_taylorseibel
Everyone preaches about gut health, yet no one’s giving simple steps to improve it It’s time to change that One of the biggest fallacies is that you NEED a probiotic, digestive enzymes, a detox shake, etc to “fix” your gut Don’t get me wrong, these can all be amazing tools in the right context. They’re often over used though The root of most digestive malfunctioning comes back to these simple steps 1) Lay off the fluids immediately pre and post meal so as not to dilute digestive enzymes 2) Eat in a low stress state, that means being subjectively calm / having a low heart rate. This is the optimal state to digest food 3) Chewing food 20-30 times is crucial, or simply select foods which are pre broken down like cream of rice 4) Taking a walk after your meal will help it “find its way” to muscle cells over fat cells. This also greatly reduces post meal blood sugar levels 5) Having a 12-14 hour overnight fast to give your digestive system a break is huge. I mean it, this is a game changer Over the past 5 years, these are the key lifestyle habits that I have personally implemented to bring my IBS diagnoses to remission Sometimes the answer really is that easy. The key is consistently following through with these practices each day The compounding effect is tremendous! Remember, the things we do (behaviors) have a much bigger impact than what we take (supplements). Do you ever deal with gas, bloating, heart burn, constipation and/or loose stools? Give these 5 tips a fair effort for 5-7 days and let me know how much this changes Chat soon, Coach T by @coach_taylorseibel
