Where do I even start 🥹 Coaching our Orland Jr Trojans 14U this season has truly been such an honor. We took on a brand new challenge together, going from a non-tumble team to competing in tumble. These girls had to learn brand new skills, and they had to learn them FAST. It wasn’t easy. There were long practices, sore bodies, mental blocks, burpees on burpees, “come to Jesus” talks, tears, laughter… all of it. But they never backed down. From the very beginning of the season to now, the growth has been unreal. And at our very first USA Nationals… these girls finished 2nd in the NATION, only 1.10 shy of first. That doesn’t break you — that builds you. I hope these athletes truly understand how proud they should feel. They overcame odds, doubts, pressure, and expectations. They pushed through hard days. They chose to believe. They chose to work. They chose each other. Huge shoutout to @pvjuniorvikingscheer on an incredible performance and a well-earned first place! Nothing but respect. We are proud to stand alongside you and even more proud that we represented NorCal with pride. Thank you to our assistant coaches and junior coaches for pouring into these girls every single day. Thank you to @joedorgali for bringing the vision to life with choreography. Thank you to our community and especially our parents — for trusting us, supporting your daughters, and pushing them to chase big dreams. I’m just so thankful we got to experience all these firsts together. There truly is no family like the Trojan Family ☝🏽 The bar is set. God willing, we’ll see you next year USA Nattys. by @coachalicia__
2024–2025 CIF Northern Section Cheer Coach of the Year 🏆 Another milestone that I’m truly honored to receive while coaching my alma mater. Last season was about laying the foundation for Orland High School Cheer, and this recognition wouldn’t be possible without my village. Huge thank you to my family for supporting my busy lifestyle and becoming part of our cheer family, and to my assistant coaches — Coach Luis, Rocio, and Lexi — this season wouldn’t be the same without you. To my girls: I love you all with my whole heart. Thank you for always giving your best and representing Orland with pride. Can’t wait to see where 2025–2026 takes us! 💙 by @coachalicia__

UCA Masters Camp ✔️ We survived, we learned, we grew... and now it’s time to chase something special. 🤩 This team put in the work, embraced every challenge, and left camp stronger than we arrived. The season starts now, and I truly can’t wait to see what these girls accomplish together. Here’s to many more memories, milestones, and WINS. 💙📣 #GoTrojans #UCAMasters #TheBlueprint by @coachalicia__
