~ Who is Coach CC? ~ I started my fitness journey young being a student athlete competing in gymnastics, track, volleyball, and soccer throughout high school. Being an athlete got me to fall in love with the process of challenging my mind & body through exercise! My personal training journey began when I started coaching gymnastics and dance acrobatics throughout college. I graduated in 2018 from the University of Concordia St.Paul with a degree in Exercise Science. Shortly after got my Personal Training Certification from NASM. I've always known I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to positively impact the health & fitness of the people in my community. Throughout my years of training I've cultivated lasting relationships with my clients. I am very passionate about working with women to expand their knowledge of fitness to ensure the most effective path to noticeable results. I've worked with women through pregnancy, prepared them for special events, and continued to support them throughout their fitness journey. Last year I got my Classical Comprehensive Pilates Certification. I love the idea of incorporating both strength training and pilates into my clients routine! 💕💪🏾 #personaltrainer #pilates #orangecounty #fitness #wellness #womenempowerment #strengthtraining by @coachccfitness

Reformer ➡️ Mat Side Sit Ups • One of the more challenging exercises in the classical short box series, I love incorporating this Pilates exercise in my clients routine! This exercise works to improve strength in your side body by working your obliques and challenging lateral flexion. by @coachccfitness

You are the sum total of everything you’ve ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot —it’s all there. Everything influences each of us and because of that I try and make sure that my experiences are positive 💕 | Maya Angelo by @coachccfitness
