Lateral Movement with Coach Choppy 🪀

Part 2 to a Very fun and challenging drill that trains quick thinking. The player starts with a dribble towards the cone as the coach call out either 1 or 2 and a dribble move to follow.
1 cross = 1 lateral slide and crossover
2 between = 2 lateral slides between the legs

HARD WORK DESERVES TO BE REWARDED!

This summer, these kids put in WORK! 💪🏽🔥 With over 10+ private sessions with Coach Choppy, showing up, staying consistent, and investing in their game. As a small token of appreciation for their dedication, I rewarded them with their own CHOPPY TEES!

It’s bigger than basketball — it’s about commitment, discipline, and trusting the process. I appreciate every kid who continues to put in the work and trust me to be part of their journey. This is just the beginning! 🏀📈

YOU PUT IN THE WORK, YOU EARN THE REWARD! 💯

My boy René travels to the hood to get that work in every week 💪🏾 When I see the potential I will put in the time. Lot of progress made in a short span
