Year 2/ Season 3 in the books with the girls… Man this season has been one for the books, words can not express how proud I am of these girls. You’ve made me a stronger man than I already am. We’ve had bright moments and we have had bad moments, I appreciate everyone of you beautiful young lady’s and your parents for embracing me as a coach and sticking with me through the battle, letting me teach you , and most of all I appreciate you for being coachable. Ever since my god mom and grandfather died it’s been really hard trying to get out of bed but one thing I can say about this season I looked forward to getting out of bed and working hard with all of you. It’s so much I want to say but I know I can’t put it all into one post. I LOVE EVERYONE OF YOU LADIES AND I AM PROUD TO BE YOUR COACH. Thank you for an incredible season, love Coach Dell 🩵🩵 #GoBuckets by @coachcordy

S/O to my group of high school AAU boys from last spring of 2025, I’m so proud of the young men y’all are and most of you guys had a great senior year and I’m extremely proud of you. Really hate the fact I’m not coaching right now cause this truly what I want to do forever in my time on this earth. WHEN I GET MY FIRST REAL COACHING OPPORTUNITY MAKING SURE I SEND ALL OF YALL TICKETS FOR THE SUPPORT. NEXT GOAL HIGH SCHOOL HEAD COACH by @coachcordy

The dirt that they threw on my name turned to soil and I grew up out it💎… 📸// @jamvisuals1_ Last weekend I graduated from the first degree-granting HBCU… I never open up to y’all but I’m about to right now… August 28th, 2017… the first day I moved onto campus with @jfields10 at Penn State Greater Allegheny. I was told “he gonna drop out after the first semester” “he won’t make it far in life” well guess what I did it… Nobody has had a bigger college journey from me… left my basketball scholarship at Penn State Greater Allegheny due to mental health, took two semesters off, being suspended… to now being a college graduate. I can never imagine that I would be in the position I am in. I am forever grateful. To my Lincoln And Penn State Family: I love y’all and I am forever grateful for meeting y’all. Y’all help me get to this moment and I don’t know what I would do with out y’all. To my teammates: It was the end of my basketball journey 2 years ago but this the beginning of my new basketball journey. I got big plans and I plan on putting us all on.
