Comfort zones don’t create growth.

Had the incredible opportunity to jump with the U.S. Army Golden Knights ( @armygoldenknights ) and there’s something about stepping out of a perfectly good airplane that puts a lot into perspective.

Whether it’s athletics, your career, or life, growth usually starts at the edge of what feels comfortable. You prepare, trust your training, commit, and take the leap.

That’s something I try to instill in every athlete I coach: be willing to do hard things, embrace discomfort, and bet on yourself.

You’re capable of a lot more than you think.

Building New England’s top specialists starts with fundamentals, experience, and proven results.

I’m Coach Nick DiCairano - former NCAA All-American kicker with NFL, XFL, and USFL tryout experience.
I’ve trained record-setting high school and college athletes, with 30+ players earning college offers and 15+ competing at the Division I level.

My goal is simple: develop kickers and punters who are technically sound, confident, and ready to perform when it matters.

Training is offered in Boston, MA and Hartford, CT by @coachdeeks

One of the highlights of my coaching career - @perryshelbred of @stonehillfb 52 yard game winner. Perry and I trained together for years and seeing him EARN this moment with his team always makes me smile. #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks

One of the best Kickers in the country (for both 2027s and 2028s) @dima.petrov09 continues to show how he’s ready for the next level. 4 in a row from 60 with a 62. #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks

@tim.reinhard27 with a 44 yard GAME-WINNING Field Goal last night, followed by a -10 Kickoff 🤯. Tim would drive 5 hours round trip every weekend to train. So proud of this guy! @kohlskicking #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks

A look inside a training session with Army Football ⚔️ commit @jonahselter 🏈🎯

The better you get, the more the little things matter.

No steps. One steps. Catch & mold. Simulated holds.

Every drill has a purpose: eliminate variables, build repeatable movement, then add speed back in. At the FBS level, everyone has a leg. Consistency is the separator.

@suleiman24sa getting better every day! #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks

@dima.petrov09 is undoubtedly one of the best in 🇺🇸. We worked on swing thoughts and cleaned up some drill work. Appreciate him driving almost 5 hours round trip 🤯 to get some work in. #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks

My dude @tim.reinhard27 was cruuuuushing the ball this weekend. Tim is the epitome of someone who has been working his tail off on the field and in the weight room. Can’t wait to see where he goes. by @coachdeeks

Freshman in HS @anton_kiehl40 hitting from 55 🫪 Such a naturally fast leg that’s only going to get better. by @coachdeeks

@andrewstrojny from University of New Haven - did very well into a nasty swirling wind today. Gust up to 20 in the face 💨 Worked on keeping our mechanics strong and staying present despite fatigue #KohlsKickingBoston by @coachdeeks
