2024 RUCK4HIT
A week later and I’m missing quality time in the van??
32 1/2 hours spent from Thursday at midnight till Saturday morning Rucking over 200 miles across Cape Cod with this crew. Still inspired by the effort given by those who participated and couldn’t thank Bruce and Tricia enough for their leadership 🐐 LFG 🇺🇸 by @coachdubz_

OFF-SEASON S+C ATHLETE OF THE MONTH ‼️

Sean Gusler and Abby Krause

Both of these athletes have gone the extra mile to show that they deeply care about their training, their teammates, and North Broward. They have shown up consistently over the month of September with pride in their work and making others around them better. Wether it be be helping a peer during training or a simple high five on the way by these two have made a lasting impression.

Great to have @nbpgirlsbasketball and @theprep_hoops pictured here who have both had a tremendous presence over the past few weeks within our S+C program. Stay with it! by @coachdubz_

September ✅

The first month of school has been awesome to have student athletes back training before and after school.

Different teams some in-season, some in early off season, some in their late off season, but the same commitment by these athletes to make training an important piece of their development as a person and incorporating it as a consistent habit.

We will continue to be here for high school student athletes that are looking to train - we are here for you! Come by and say hello, inquire about training opportunities and a find a way in. by @coachdubz_

🚨Fall 2026 Weekly Schedule

Rep the Prep 🦅

Thanks @nbpstrength for having us Thursday! by @coachdubz_

This week I had the opportunity to work with @nbpstrength for the first time as a “guest” and though it was a weird feeling I can’t help but be grateful for the past and excited for the future of the program led by @coachdubz_. There is no one better for the job and I’m happy to see such a great human at the helm. I’ll continue in my role as head track and field coach which means I’ll get to see the direct results of Coach Dubz off season work and mentorship in the spring. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come for @nbpsathletics and this guy is a HUGE part of it. Love you brother 💙 by @coachdubz_
