CLIENT SPOTLIGHT📈
@kaimcd27

When Kaileb came to me just over two months ago (left photos), the goal was pretty straightforward - pack on some lean mass with as little fat gain as possible.

Back and arms became the focus point within training and they’ve EXPLODED, all whilst his keeping his midsection as tight as ever.

Today, strength is as high as it’s ever been, pumps are getting crazier by the week and most importantly, he feels better and better within himself each day.

It was more than calories and sessions that got us here so soon though - flawless execution and a genuine commitment to keep improving, even on days where things aren’t all smooth sailing.

Now the rewards are clear as day - and with Knockout just a month away, it’s only up from here🫡

Big things coming for you my bro, this is just the start. Super proud❤️ by @coachedby.josh

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: ALI🔨

Ali was the very first client I took on board a few months back, and watching his transformation week by week has been inspiring.

Starting at 110kg with the goal of getting lean enough to take his shirt off at the rave - the progress he has made has been unreal. How did we do it?

Discipline. Focus. Consistency. But most of all, Ali’s mindset has been iron-like for the last few months - even when things got tough, he stayed consistent and the results are showing.

Fast forward 14 weeks to today, and Ali is down to 93kg (!!) - and we are not done yet! Next up is getting shredded over the next few months.

Proud of you and the transformation you’ve made so far my brother @_alisoltani83 - 2025 has just been the beginning, and I trust that in 2026 your progress will be even more insane🫡

(P.S. Happy 21st birthday to the man himself!!) by @coachedby.josh
