I hope you choose people that choose you. ❤️

I hope you realize that the bare minimum isn’t actually effort. ❤️

I hope you realize that when it’s actually real, you don’t have to beg someone to stay in your life. ❤️

I hope you also realize that you don’t have to prove yourself worthy of someone’s love, You have nothing to prove. ❤️

The right person will choose you. ❤️

I hope you realize that inconsistency is a sign that they’re not that intelligent in you. ❤️

I hope you take actions over words , because that’s what really matters. ❤️

I hope you don’t settle. ❤️

I hope you realize that just because they didn’t see your value doesn’t mean you’re not valuable. ❤️

I hope you choose someone who also chooses you. ❤️

@sandycharlton I love you. Thank you for choosing me and I will always choose you.

TEAM Strong 💪🏼 Mind & Body Fitness has helped over 500 clients reach and maintain their health and fitness goals.

I started online coaching because of how much fitness has transformed for my life. I wanted to show others that it’s not just about weight loss , or being the smallest version of yourself.

What’s most important is showing up strong and confident. That is what I teach and what I wanna teach you 🫵🏼.

I have some proven systems that guarantee your results no matter how big or small.

Some people just wanna loose 10 pounds. Some 150 pounds.

Some wanna get strong and some just wanna run faster.

Whatever your goal is we’ve got you.

Make 2024 the year you choose YOU 🫵🏼

Comment”ME” for my free fat loss guide I’ll send it right to your DMs.

WHAT A CHANGE!!

Listen as parents and step parents it is our responsibility to teach our children a healthy lifestyle but they will mimic what you do so we ourselves must be accountable to lifestyle and dietary changes to show them that there is light at the end of the tunnel when they get picked on or feel uncomfortable in their own skin.

Titan is down over 40 pounds and I couldn’t be more proud but it also didn’t happen overnight.

It was many “hard conversations” and portion co from chats before we saw some serious progress.

If you’re also proud of Titan let us know in the comments. ❤️🫶🏼💪🏼

The free donuts in the office.
The birthday cake in the lunchroom.
The pizza brought into work.
The leftovers sitting in the staff room.

Before you grab it, ask yourself one simple question:

Why am I saying yes?
Am I actually hungry?
Do I really want it?
Or am I eating it because it’s free?
One of the biggest skills successful people learn during a fat loss journey is becoming comfortable saying NO.
No to food they don’t actually want.
No to eating out of guilt.
No to eating just because everyone else is.
No to food simply because it’s available.
The truth is, free food isn’t free if it’s costing you your goals.

You don’t have to eat something just because it’s there.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to justify your choices.
You don’t have to make other people comfortable with your goals.

A simple “No thanks” is enough.
Every time you say no to something that doesn’t align with your goals, you’re saying yes to the person you’re trying to become.

The question isn’t:
“Can I have this?”
The question is:
“Do I actually want this enough to spend my calories on it?”
That’s a powerful difference.
