What a year!! 👏🏼 These women are inspirational and I'm so proud of each and every one of them 🩷

Every photo here represents so much more than just the visible physical changes we see in photos.

It's also improvements in:

👉🏼 Health markers
👉🏼 Performance
👉🏼 Mindset and relationship with food
👉🏼 Confidence
👉🏼 Hormone health and menstrual cycle related symptoms
👉🏼 Understanding their own body and individual needs
👉🏼 Navigating how to tailor this to their own life and schedule

No extremes, no quick fixes! Just real education and practical application!

If you're on the fence about Online Coaching, just know that these ladies were once there too. But they took that first step and decided to invest in themselves... and look at them now 😍👏🏼

If you want to find out whether or not online coaching is for you, just click the link in my bio and fill in the enquiry form and find out more 😊 by @coachkarla

When people think Online Coaching is just PT sessions via zoom 😆

Thought I’d share an informative post about what Online Coaching actually is. There’s sooo much more I could say 😆 but this is hopefully enough to give you a good initial glimpse into what I do ☺️

Online Coaching is a holistic approach to your health and wellness journey. It's not just about picking the right workout and expecting results. It's about nutrition and lifestyle choices aligning, everything coming together to paint the overall healthier picture of you ☀️

My job is to guide you through everything that impacts your results: training, nutrition, sleep, stress, routines, habits, hormones, energy, mindset… all the stuff both in and outside of the gym that can get neglected.

The best part of this is that you can work with me from absolutely anywhere in the world! AND I can write you a fully personalised programme specifically catered for the gym/ equipment you have access to 💪🏼 So wherever you are, I will provide you with everything you could possibly need to get the most out of where you are and what you have available to you 😊

From nutrition and training, to consistency and habits... I'm here to help you every step of the way and equip you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your own health ☀️

My goal is to help you become the healthiest version of you!

Ps if you read this to the end, I'm impressed! Now you might as well click the link in bio 😉🩷 by @coachkarla

This is what can be achieved when you commit to and trust the process 👏🏼

It's not about being perfect, it's about consistency! Choosing to make the effort, even when life throws a curveball.

It's about being willing to keep going when motivation dips.

It's about learning to adapt instead of waiting for the 'right time'.

It's easy to show up when life is good, but it's showing up on the messy weeks that get you the real results.

This is what 1 to 1 coaching is all about. Helping you navigate real life so you're not always waiting for the perfect time to start.

You just do it!

These women are incredible examples of this! 👏🏼

They showed up, trusted the process and most importantly aimed for consistency over trying to be perfect.

Together we achieved some fantastic results and I'm beyond proud of each of their hard work 🩷

5 years of adventures with you ❤️ And now for our most exciting one yet… when 2 become 4 🥹🥰 by @coachkarla

Coaching isn’t just about counting reps.

It’s knowing when to push you.
It’s knowing when to slow you down.
It’s celebrating every win, no matter how big or small.
It’s the banter between sets.
It’s the accountability that keeps you showing up.

Because great coaching isn’t about making training harder.

It’s about making progress feel possible.

More than just a gym🧡 by @coachkarla

Welcome to the team, Coach Karla!🎉

We’re beyond excited to introduce our newest coach, Karla! She brings over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her journey has taken her from personal training in London, to coaching group fitness in Sydney, Australia.

Along the way she’s covered it all. S&C, dance coaching, schools health and wellbeing programmes. She even built an entire online coaching platform from scratch.

But more than anything, Karla is passionate about community. She loves creating a training environment that’s welcoming, supportive, and fun for everyone. That’s the energy she fell in love with in Australia. And it’s exactly what she’s bringing to Ignyt.

Exciting times ahead💪🔥 by @coachkarla

Meet Jacinda 😊

I love catching up with ex clients even when I'm no longer working with them anymore because I genuinely care about what happens after the coaching ends 🩷

Jacinda lost 10kg while we worked together but what’s even better is that she’s continued making progress on her own! She's now down almost 20kg in total since the beginning of her journey!

The habits stuck, the knowledge stuck, and the changes became part of her everyday life 👏🏼 even down to how she now packs her kids’ lunches 😍 (frickin love this!!!)

That’s what coaching should do… give you the tools and confidence to continue progressing on your own because you're equipped with all the knowledge and understanding you could possibly need!

Every time I see this woman she continues to blow me away with her progress! Beyond proud of you Jacinda, you're thriving right now in so many ways and it's been amazing to watch! 😊 by @coachkarla
