all my loves 🤎 by @coachlawatts

A few of our favorite shots from the Lady Highlander S&C summer camp! Captured by our very own @agauthier_photography. Proud of the work our athletes put in all summer ❤️💚 by @coachlawatts

The mountains gave us more than miles ❤️💚

They gave us perspective.
They gave us challenges.
They gave us confidence.
They gave us memories.

Most importantly, they brought us closer together

Thank you @elevatedrunningcamps 🫶 by @coachlawatts

spring break(ish) by @coachlawatts

I toed the line aware of my limitations.
I adjusted what I could control
And I committed fully anyway

3:30:35 - 35 seconds short of a Boston qualifier

The last miles were hot and brutally honest. I fought for every step.

I’m proud of the effort. I’m also sitting with the emotions that come from chasing something that matters and coming that close

Grateful for the people who showed up, cheered loud, and carried me through the hard miles 🤍 by @coachlawatts
