Hips / Lateral Explosive Work! 🌹 Great work w/ @michaelb_10 . . . Basketball players use a wide variety of motions on the court. Moving quickly and fluidly requires hip mobility for changing direction quickly and defending great offensive players. A focus on hip stretches will make your joints feel comfortable and stable moving in a greater range of motion. Lateral exercise helps to work the stabilizer muscles, allowing for balanced, coordinated movement as well as lateral strength and flexibility. With so many standard workouts focusing on linear motion, simply adding lateral movements into your routine can be a great way to breathe new life into your regimen. . . . . #functionaltraining #fitness #workout #training #functionalfitness #personaltrainer #fitnessmotivation #gym #crossfit #motivation #fit #personaltraining #strengthtraining #strength #fitfam #bodybuilding #exercise #cardio #strengthandconditioning #health #sport #homeworkout #mobility #hiit #healthylifestyle #f #calisthenics #workoutmotivation #weightlifting #dallastrainer by @coachmbowers
