shaping the future of college baseball recruiting ⚾️ by @coachmiggy_12

Got the opportunity to cover the International World event in St Petersburg FL and one thing stood out!

The players who get remembered aren’t always the loudest or the most talented—they’re the ones who compete on every pitch, communicate with teammates, and stay locked in when nobody’s watching.

A few recruiting reminders:

📌 Players: Hustle is part of your highlight reel. Body language matters just as much as your stats.

📌 Parents: Let your athlete own the moment. College coaches are evaluating more than baseball

📌 Coaches: What’s one quality you notice first that doesn’t show up on a stat sheet?

As an infielder You have to be able to do the hard work early and be in a good position to make a good throw 🤝🏽

Baseball is a game of seconds ! The more you sit and wait the closer the runner gets to first 👌

Comment the word “work” to get started with training 🔥#coaching #baseballtraining #baseballlife⚾️ #motivation #work #trendingreels by @coachmiggy_12

In-season lifting isn’t optional — it’s Essential 👊🏽

💪•Maintain your Strength & Power: Without consistent lifting, athletes can lose strength and explosiveness gained in the off-season

🧘‍♂️ •Enhances Recovery & Performance: Properly programmed lifting supports recovery, improves movement efficiency

🏥•Reduces Injury Risk: Strength training protects joints and muscles, helping prevent injuries from fatigue and overuse.

Stay strong. Stay fast. Stay injury-free🔥
Consistency in the weight room keeps your edge sharp when it matters most😁✅

Discipline is like the batting cage, training is like the swing — You can’t expect success if you don’t use both 👏🏼 by @coachmiggy_12
