Grateful for the Journey. Hungry for What’s Ahead!

Every year brings its own challenges, lessons, victories, and unforgettable moments. Looking back, I am truly grateful for every opportunity, every experience, every setback that made me stronger, and every person who stood by me throughout the journey.

Success is never a destination; it is a continuous journey built on dedication, discipline, sacrifice, perseverance, and an unwavering belief in our dreams.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — for your trust, encouragement, support, and inspiration. Every contribution, big or small, has made a difference.

As I step forward, my commitment remains stronger than ever. The goals are bigger, the vision is clearer, and the hunger to achieve is greater.

Dream Bigger. Work Harder. Stay Humble. Never Settle.

The best is yet to come. The journey continues, and the mission remains unfinished!

🙏 Gratitude for the Past. Passion for the Present. Determination for the Future.

Stop Guessing, Start Measuring 📊👇
Ever feel like you’re just throwing random exercises at the wall, hoping for a speed or power breakthrough?

The Dynamic Strength Index (DSI) and Reactive Strength Index (RSI) are the ultimate “GPS” for your training program. Instead of guessing if you need more heavy squats or more plyometrics, these metrics tell you exactly what your central nervous system needs right now by @coachrajmohan

💧 Hydration isn’t a break.
⚡ It’s how you stay sharp.

🔥 In hot, humid conditions, athletes can lose 1–2+ L of sweat per hour
➡️ Along with important electrolytes

If you don’t replace them properly:

🦵 Legs feel heavy
🧠 Focus drops
⚠️ Reactions slow
🚑 Injury risk goes up

That’s why hydrating on the track matters.
❌ Not rest
✅ Performance maintenance

What actually helps 👇

🧂 Enough sodium → helps your body hold fluids
🥤 Small, regular sips → don’t wait until you’re thirsty
❄️ Cooling strategies → feel fresher in the heat
🍌💧 Fuel + fluids together → not water alone

Hydration isn’t about comfort.
🏁 It’s about keeping your level high until the final whistle.

🛑 Your back pain might NOT be coming from your back.

Most athletic low back pain isn’t a spine problem —
it’s a hip problem.

🦵 Stiff hips
🦵 Weak glutes
🦵 Poor load absorption

When the hips don’t rotate, extend, or absorb force:

➡️ the spine takes the load
➡️ again and again
➡️ until pain shows up

⸻

📚 What meta-analyses confirm:

✅ Athletes with LBP have restricted hip motion
✅ Weak glutes increase lumbar stress
✅ Spine-only rehab fails long-term

⸻

🔑 The takeaway:

✔️ Fix the hips
✔️ Protect the back
