That’s a wrap on the 2026 season. I couldn’t be more proud of what this team accomplished. We made an incredible run at GJNC and competed for a national championship. We came up just short in a hard-fought three-set match final, but finishing 2nd in the country is an amazing accomplishment and something everyone should be proud of. This has been one of the most memorable seasons I’ve ever been a part of. Finishing 3rd at AAU Nationals and 2nd at GJNC Nationals is something this team will always remember. Congratulations on an incredible season! Thank you everyone for the support! @otva_tampa @otva_15randy by @coachrandall6

AAU Nationals — 3rd Place.

We came up one match short of the finals after a long four-day tournament. While it wasn’t the finish we were hoping for, I couldn’t be more proud of the way this team competed and the level of volleyball they played. It was exciting to see 30+ college coaches watching us in almost every match. @otva_tampa @otva_15randy by @coachrandall6

Salt Lake City was one to remember. We competed against some of the top teams in the country and came away with a strong 5th place finish. This group is an absolute blast to coach. We even took some time away from the gym and got outside for a small mountain hike, great way to come together.

Now it’s time to rest, regroup, and get ready for our final two tournaments of the season. These will mean the most.

This weekend meant so much more than volleyball. ❤️

After a hard-fought battle, we finished 3rd place in Open.

In a moment that could have broken us, this group chose to come together. They played with heavy hearts, but with incredible strength, love, and resilience.

Incredibly proud of this team, not just for the way they competed, but for the way they showed up for each other when it mattered most. @otva_tampa @otva_15randy by @coachrandall6

Life update: I got a puppy!

Everyone, meet Oscar—my mini Bernedoodle pup. Oscar’s full of love, energy, and fluff. What a coincidence his initials are OT (Oscar Thomas) 🏐 😂 Stay tuned for plenty of more photos and updates. @otva_tampa by @coachrandall6
