Let’s take it back to a college workout real quick 😎 Quick Touch and Go Drill What it works on : * Spacing (Coming off a screen and having a different look to score) * Creating a shot (A Fade away isn’t recommended but when you work on things the rewards are endless) * Moving the defender (Coming off screens are difficult, when you throw the ball and chase it’s even harder… Take advantage of it) * Work on the uncertainties (As basketball players and athletes in general WE tend to stick to what we know… Get uncomfortable, Become that player you want to be. The more you work, the easier the game will come to you) Last but not least !!! 👀 * THE BANK SHOT (As a coach I’m starting to see all over the world how the bank shot is kind of shying away from today’s generation of basketball… Us coaches love to see that type of basketball still be around work on your game, do things others don’t, be the difference, and please… Work on your bank shot !!! 🏀🏀🏀 #weare210 #Basketball by @coachslyy

First win. Big moment. Bigger purpose. 🏆✨ We dedicate this victory to Miss Annette as she continues her fight with cancer—this one is for you 💛🙏🏾 #210DreamTeam (received by Miss Molina on her behalf) by @coachslyy
We’re excited to officially introduce Coach Mike as one of the Assistant Coaches for the 210 Dream Team 15U team. Coach Mike brings proven leadership, experience, and a competitive edge to our program. He was the recipient of the Leadership Award his senior year of high school at East Central High School (Class of 2021) which is a testament to the impact he made both on and off the court. As a player, he led his high school team in steals, averaging an impressive 4.3 steals per game, showcasing his defensive instincts, effort, and commitment to making winning plays. His high school and AAU experience helped propel him to the collegiate level, where he competed at three different colleges, continuing to develop his game and maximize his talents at each program. Coach Mike’s connection to this program runs deep. He previously played for the Dream Team when it was the San Antonio Dream Team, along with teammate Coach Stacey, where they competed across the state in AAU tournaments, Live Period showcases and other events against high-level competition. That experience helped shape his toughness, IQ, and understanding of what it takes to win. Now, he returns to the program ready to give back, mentor, and help develop the next generation of players. His leadership, defensive mindset, and collegiate experience will be a tremendous asset to the 210 Dream Team family. Let’s welcome Coach Mike back home! 💪🏾🏀 #DreamTeam #WeAre210 by @coachslyy
