good work ladies 💪🏾 by @coachsturdi

Working the mitts today with Coach Calvin 🥊 I don’t usually do mitts, so I’m learning as we go — he’s been helping me tighten up my slips, posture, hooks, and uppercuts, making sure I’m in the right position with every punch. 🔥 Shoutout to P for helping demonstrate one of the moves too 💪🏾 by @coachsturdi

Who you got winning this fight? Yes you 🫵 by @coachsturdi

Boxing has a way of sticking with you 🥊💥 … whether it’s growing up in a city where every kid dreams of the ring, being the only girl surrounded by brothers, staying up halfway across the world just to catch a fight, or witnessing a legend light up Madison Square Garden ✨🔥. Every fan has a first moment that hooked them, and it’s incredible to see how that passion grows into a lifelong love ❤️ by @coachsturdi

Fans nearly BUMBARDED Coach Calvin with love outside the theatre ❤️🥊 Everybody wanted a piece of him… but when that “Boots to 160 = mega fight” talk came up 👀🔥 now the debate starts…

Tank’s the favorite 🥊 but let’s be real — Jake’s size and power make this fight unpredictable 👀 Do you see a knockout coming? Full video in bio by @coachsturdi

That kitty think he so fast when I do the little hand 🖐️ 👋🏾🖖thing with him, watch this‼️ BECAUSE IM THE QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE❗️❗️❗️#5yearsagotoday by @coachsturdi

Just went a few rounds with someone who really knows how to dance in the ring.
🕺
It reminded me that boxing isn’t just about the punches you throw, but also about the ones you avoid.
🛡️
Champions like Cecilia Brækhus and Claressa Shields have shown incredible prowess in defense, making them formidable opponents in the ring.
🎨
As I continue to sharpen my skills, I’m inspired by their mastery of movement and evasion. Remember, every champion started with the basics and a dream. Let’s keep pushing forward, one step at a time!

Finding strength in the in-between.

Taraji just spoke to my soul: “Celebrate your grey areas because coming out of that is your rebirth.”

It’s a powerful call to embrace the uncertainties that shape us.

Balancing heart and mind as I journey towards greatness.
