I have been working on this routine for 9 months. It’s the hardest pole tricks, and hardest emotionally, routine I have ever done.

Most of you know I love my heels and sexy style, but after losing Tilly, I had this deep urge and need to do a routine that honored her, and helped me deal with the reality of living with grief.

I wanted it to be subtle. If you knew what it was about, you knew. I know the whole theater could feel my pain, loss, and sorrow, even if they didn’t know my routine was dedicated to Tilly. @tilly.e

This whole training process has been hard emotionally, but I have worked through a lot of grief through this and also felt very connected to her. I hardly made it through any training without crying.

I couldn’t have done it without the support of @bendy_barbie_ , who coached me, helped me make this routine what I envisioned, and we cried a lot together! I can’t thank you enough for all the love, support, and hours of training in the studio. I would have changed categories and never put this art out in front of people without you.

My supportive studio, comp team girls, and especially for @mel__lionaire always reassuring me that I could be vulnerable and that I needed to finish what I started!

My amazing husband, for hugging me after crying, listening to all my anxiety, calming me down, and taking so much stress off my plate so I could pour my soul into this routine!

My love Kaitlyn for always answering my phone calls, listening to all my worries, fears, and doubts. You always believe in me and build me up.

I will keep pole dancing for Tilly.

I will keep honoring her memory by being the best version of myself that I can be, helping everyone in the pole community just like she did.

If you are thinking of doing something scary, or outside your comfort zone, this is the sign to just do it.

The growth from this journey has been a lot. I’m still processing it all, but I am very happy I did it.

This routine was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I am so glad I finished what I started.

For Tilly. 🖤 & for Kris 💜 by @cococrush_pole

I love teaching inverts! There are more ways to invert the deadlift or kick up into it. I teach around 10 different inversions from the floor, standing, and up in the air. I love teaching how to use momentum to your advantage so you can dance into those inverts.

Starting in August I will be teaching "inverts and leg-hangs" mixed level 1-4 i will meet you where you are currently at! Together we will get inverts that are strong and feeling great. A full hour of focused practice will help you reach those goals.
Sunday at 1 pm starting on August 3rd. by @cococrush_pole

2023 vs 2026 same combo! I have not worked on this combo in 3 years, decided to revisit it last week. It was smoother and had the strength to invert at the end. This is proof that doing fundamentals all the time works. I worke on harder tricks 2-3 times a month max.

Gonna keep pulling out some old combos, I love seeing the long term growth.

I swear by my Private lessons I love having time to work on what I want to do.
