A quick reminder for summer >

Your skin & your body are NOT the most interesting thing about you, so try to be a little kinder to yourself & embrace wearing whatever clothes you want to in this warmer weather.

I used to stress so much about getting my arms out of people seeing cellulite on my legs. For what? It's skin. It's natural.

Have a gorgeous Sunday, embrace the sunshine and wear whatever makes YOU feel good. 🫶🏼🤍✨

Skincare 🤝🏼 nutrition. 🤍✨

If you want better skin and to reduce your stress levels, you may want to keep an eye on the things you're eating! You might find that some of the foods are causing your anxiety & stress to increase, whilst also negatively affecting your skin.
