Uptown Shopping Center Entrance Transformation

We added steel supports to this existing storefront in Portland Oregon. We then mounted @longboardproducts aluminum batten board. We used a combination of 2x4 and 4x6 in their light cherry pattern. We put the time and effort into making the supports laser straight and the finished product speaks for itself. We just completed this project consisting of 130’ of powder coated steel guard railing with continuous grab rail. We began by taking a 3D scan of the area with @polycam3d. Then used @autodesk Inventor to make a 3d model of the existing concrete. I placed the model into the scan and was able to fine tune the slope and landings to match the existing concrete.

After fabrication, we came on-site to install the railings. Everything went smoothly and required minimal trimming and touch up. Overall this project came out great. Please contact us for your next railing project!

This is how we install two 54’ long beams. These will later be used inside of the building as a runway for a bridge crane. Check out our website @
