Collective Climb is a Black feminist org empowering Philly youth and building community through restorative justice.

POSTS STORIES REELS

This is what it looks like when you invest in founders closest to the industries they seek to disrupt.

Meet Mckayla Warwick, founder of Collective Climb — building from lived experience to advance restorative justice and youth empowerment in Philadelphia.

85+ youth served. Less than 3% rearrest rate since 2021.

“Camelback helped me step into my role and believe I’m capable… and that I don’t have to do it alone.”

That’s why we launched the Built to Innovate, Camelback Ventures’ new monthly series going inside the lives and work of our Fellows to show what’s possible when founders from underrepresented communities are invested in, believed in, and given room to build.

Every story is a blueprint. Every founder is proof.
