The salt wall didn’t come from a trend or a design idea. It came from a pivotal part of my journey that led me here. Meeting Michele @halowellnesscenter and spending time in her salt room gave me clarity and guided me as I began changing course in many aspects of my life. So when we started building this studio, I knew a salt wall had to be here. Not as a feature, but as something to share from my journey with everyone. A reminder of a chapter when I chose to move forward differently. It feels like a piece of that version of me lives in it. The one who started to trust herself, who knew she was exactly where she needed to be and who was open to what was about to unfold. I don’t think I’ll ever fully have the words for what these blocks of salt mean to me. I just know it’s real, it’s raw, and it’s powerful. And if you’ve ever been at our salt wall, then you probably understand 🤍 by @collectivevibes_oc
Closing a chapter. Possibly the most transformational! I thank you all for what you’ve taught me and what you’ve allowed me to share. Eternally grateful for @collectivevibes_oc You will live on through this amazing community and the love we all share. @purposefulvibes_ by @collectivevibes_oc
“You do not have to hold onto something just because it once held you together. There comes a time when you have to thank it for what it gave you, and then let it go. Not because it did not matter, but because it mattered so much that it changed you.” - B.W. The Pivot Year Thank you to every soul that ever rested on this floor on a Friday. Those who showed up, not knowing what to expect, but always received what they needed. Six years of Friday mornings, and so grateful. May the wisdom of your body & the wisdom of your mind unite with the wisdom of your soul. So hum 🙏 by @collectivevibes_oc
Are we ever really ready, or is that just an illusion? Leaning into all the feels this week, and trusting the unknown. With purpose, love, and a whole lot of gratitude. by @collectivevibes_oc
If you’ve been with us on a Friday, you get it. Nothing shows the community & love & connection more than what happens on Fridays at the collective. Even though class is waitlisted, join us for connection at the wellness bar and teal couch either during or after class. @beluminouswithhallie will be here with mini tarot readings @greenehousebotanicals with all of her handmade goodness (skincare & candles ) @wheres_waverly with her permanent jewelry bar & goods They will be set up at 10am and Jennifer will be slinging wellness shots and drinks at the counter And yes @ommi_oc will be serving lunch & have GF baked goods for sale. Fridays aren’t Fridays without her magic! We love ya Gel! Come celebrate the amazing humans that make Friday amazing!!! by @collectivevibes_oc
Final week at the studio… it’s truly bittersweet. We’re so grateful for this full, beautiful schedule! And for all of you who continue to show up & share your practice with us. And to our teachers, facilitators & baristas for sharing with all of you! As we head into these last few days, a couple quick reminders: ✨ Friday & Sunday classes are currently on long waitlists. If you can’t make it, please cancel ahead of time so someone else can take your spot. ✨ Retail is 50% off all week! Come grab your favorites before they’re gone. ✨ The wellness bar will be open Thursday through Sunday. Stop by, hang out, sip & shop 9-12pm Most of all, thank you. It means everything to share this space with you, and we can’t wait to see as many of you as possible before we close this chapter at the salt wall. by @collectivevibes_oc
One last Friday lunch at Collective Vibes A lil ode to Ommi sandwiches over the last three years in honor of our last lunch at Collective this Friday 4/17 . The menu is, well, a sandwich. On sourdough. Or GF sourdough. These pics are back when I used to do it all myself but these days I leave the bread to the experts (insert: @ruby_moon_breads ) Message me here to let me know if you're coming and reserve a lunch. It'll be a fun day. Spread some love for a really amazing space by eating some food together. It's always been how I spread love at least. See you Friday, one last time. 🤎 by @collectivevibes_oc
There are just two weeks left to be at the salt wall. To practice, to be together & to soak in all the energy we’ve created in this space. Our final weekend will begin April 17th, with a full schedule of classes at the salt wall. A few gentle reminders as we move through these last weeks together: • Please SIGN UP for class ahead of time • Please CANCEL AHEAD of time if you cannot attend • If you’re on the waitlist, keep an eye on your email or Momence for updates With a full waitlist, your mindfulness in booking and canceling truly supports everyone in getting a chance to practice. It feels bittersweet to share this final collective breath together. We are so deeply grateful for each of you! For your presence, your energy & the community we’ve built within these walls 🩵 by @collectivevibes_oc
Barrel of Blues paint night @collectivevibes_oc 🌊✨ Can’t believe this will be my final offering at Collective before they close their doors on April 17. We will be bringing to life one of my favorite paintings with all the mixed media fun. All supplies are included! An open space to create and connect 🫶✨ Friday, April 10 5-7pm✨Message to reserve your spot as space is limited! by @collectivevibes_oc
Unbrace and reclaim is an immersive experience to give the body the invitation , to give our true selves the invitation to come back online, to move out of this rushed goal oriented version of self that is just thinking accomplish accomplish accomplish, and “I have to…” and just be with our true selves and feel our soul’s essence that’s buried underneath what our daily life has become. I started this work for myself because daily life had lost its luster. I have so much to be grateful for but wasn’t connecting with that gratitude because I felt this constant grip of urgency. We didn’t come to this lifetime just to rush and accomplish, or live from this place of gripping urgency. We are here to love and live, and through all the modalities and healings I’ve collected, somatics are what really brought me to an embodied state of being that I finally want to live in. No more substance induced short visits to that desirable state, but intentional movements and practices to bring me to the state where I feel most like myself, feeling lightness and joy. This is why I created Unbrace & Reclaim so I can share the alchemy of this knowledge and lived experience. #somatic #somaticexperiencing #workshop #healing by @collectivevibes_oc
