Your kitchen is about to smell like fall. 🍎🍂

Colleen’s Cozy Apple Cider Bread is buttery, full of warm cinnamon spice, and finished with a sweet cinnamon-sugar topping. The kind of cozy bake you’ll want to add to your holiday repertoire. 🤎

Serve a slice with your morning coffee—or enjoy it warm for a little after-dinner treat.

Save this for your next baking day! ✨

* 1½ cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon ground allspice
* 1 cup butter, melted—your adjustment
* ½ cup coconut sugar—your substitution
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* 2 large eggs
* ½ cup apple cider

Cinnamon-sugar topping

* ¼ cup granulated sugar
* 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk the melted, slightly cooled butter, coconut sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and apple cider together.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
4. Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Don’t overmix.
5. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
6. The original recipe says 45–50 minutes. With your extra butter, check the center and continue baking as needed until a tester comes out without wet batter.
7. Mix the topping sugar and cinnamon. Brush the hot loaf with the melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the entire top.
8. Let it cool enough to hold together before removing and slicing. by @colleenclare1
