What a thrill for @commacopywriters to be on the @utahbusiness Fast 50 list for our FIFTH year in a row, ranked No. 25 in 2025! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ... We don't take any of it for granted. This represents years of effort, so we're throwing Comma-fetti for being one of Utah's fastest-growing companies. Truly an honor.

This kind of growth is possible thanks to clients who trust us ... thank you! And most of all, thank you to our team for your award-winning service.

Thank you to @utahbusiness for hosting this award program. by @commacopywriters

📈 More traffic doesn't always mean better results.

Your healthcare blog might be getting more clicks, but are you reaching the right audience? Are those readers finding the answers, resources, or services they need?

It's time to look beyond page views.

In our latest blog, we explore how to:
• Measure meaningful engagement
• Connect content to audience needs
• Give readers a clear next step
• Turn high-performing blogs into new content opportunities

The takeaway? You don't always need more content. Sometimes, you just need to make more of what works.

Currently sitting in The Sun Room at @kiln.co and remembering our Comma Retreat in 2024, when we busted out a conga line, gave out $1,000 Bucket List Grants to several team members, had a typing contest, and couldn't get enough of being together! 🫶🏼

I'm so proud of my team at @commacopywriters

A lot changes over the years: new haircuts, new babies, new team members, new clients, new niche (healthcare and mental health!) but at the heart of our Comma-unity in 10 years, we all share the same values. 🎉

We're here to care about each other and write content worth reading. ✍️

💙 Crystalee, CEO at Comma by @commacopywriters

We came. We shared. Went home with a vulnerability hangover, but I'm grateful to be part of the mental health panel at the @utsmbsummitexpo.

This is Crystalee, CEO of @commacopywriters.

On Wednesday we shared 45 minutes of honest, raw conversation on mental health. I commend our panelists for truly delivering on "honest talk." I learned a lot from their hard-earned wisdom and personal solutions on how they work on their mental health:

@nickstagge from @_grounded_co : "We are ultimately each responsible for our own mental health. It's up to us."

He believes creativity is the opposite of depression and leans into creating for the joy of it when he needs a boost.

@versatileimage : Writes letters to God for relief in times when she needs help and often writes poetry.

@johnm00re of @hearebrotherhood : A closet poet (we wanna hear it!) but also teaches intentional breathing to get back to being present.

I shared about using Post-It notes to make a "worry wall" when my brain feels overloaded, and the relief of pulling literal weeds when my business problems get bigger than I can handle. Also, sleep deprivation is a huge hit to mental capacity, processing, and healing. I say the new SaaS = Sleep as a Strategy.

Thank you to Jimmy Choi for bringing a community of 170 booths and 1,500 attendees together! You radiate humble, welcoming leadership, and I'm amazed you showed up after getting in a car crash that morning. Truly committed!

And shout out to Scott at @sandiablochurros 🙌 by @commacopywriters

Next week our CEO, Crystalee Beck, speaks at @utsmbsummitexpo!

Come hear the panel called, "Honest Talk: Mental Health Struggles and Solutions for Small Business Owners" from 2-2:45 p.m. on October 14.

We'll be real. We'll be raw. And hopefully, all will come away with new ideas for mental health support.

Announcement from my front door! Crystalee here, owner of @commacopywriters. Counted up today: I've awarded our team nearly $50K for our team for quarterly On-Time Bonuses since I launched the program in 2020!

They say you can use "carrots" to motivate or "sticks" to punish your team. (Which is a little messed up, comparing humans to animals, but I understand the psychology.)

I choose to incentivize my team. And it pays off.

$49,549.21 of carrots, to be exact. 🥕🥕🥕

This investment motivates my team to be ON TIME, every time. Our healthcare clients know Comma Copywriters hits deadlines. You know we have your back. We take your internal expertise and turn it into a content ecosystem that helps them grow your organization, human-to-human.

After all, trust is the currency of healthcare. And we want to be worthy of your trust.

Our client RXNT has been with us for SIX years, for the duration of this program, and it's an honor to have clients stay with us year after year, knowing they can trust our work.

Way to go, Team Comma! Proud of you all. Carrots and comma-fetti for all. 🥕🎉

(Note on this number: In 2020 and 2021, we used a profit share model that included cents. I changed in 2022 so each team member could earn up to $100 each quarter. Or $75 if we had one late piece, $50 for two late pieces, and $0 for three or more. Most quarters they earn the full amount, with 100% on-time deliveries.) by @commacopywriters

There’s a lot happening in healthcare marketing right now. And it can be hard to know which changes really matter.

AI is changing search. Patients are expecting better digital experiences.

So we took a closer look at four healthcare marketing trends we’ll be watching in 2026 and beyond. 👀

If you work in healthcare marketing, these are worth having on your radar.

👏 Congratulations to our September Write-On Award winner, Logan! 👏

Logan brings strong writing skills, thoughtful attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit to every project he supports. Recently, he stepped up to help with a project where careful listening and precision during SME interviews are especially important.

He’s always willing to lend a hand, share his skills, and go the extra mile to help the team deliver high-quality work.

We’re grateful to have Logan on team Comma and excited to celebrate this well-deserved recognition! 🎉

We had 331 people apply for her role. I'm pleased to announce Lindsay has joined our Leadership Team at @commacopywriters!

After her first 90 days with the company, Lindsay has proven herself to be an asset and trusted team member who delivers and lives Comma values:

Former teacher, she's quite the student. She's constantly CURIOUS, learning about AI, parterships, AEO/GEO, healthcare strategy, list-building, and more.

She's ACCOUNTABLE for her work, owns her goals, and pushes herself.

She's also HUMBLE and teachable, and someone I can really trust to represent Comma.

Lindsay CARES about giving our leads and new clients positive experiences, and her approach really fits our Comma culture.

She's also told me that she loves the FREEDOM of life-first work and the way we trust each other to get our jobs done. It's my pleasure to have her aboard.

Here's to what we're starting up, together! 🥂 by @commacopywriters
