So many reasons to fall in love with Fullerton! 🧡💙🐘

It was a pleasure to welcome prospective students and their families to the College of Communications for Fall in Love with Fullerton Day! I loved sharing the possibilities that await them here—from creative storytelling and meaningful connections to hands-on learning and rewarding careers.

My thanks to the faculty and staff across our four departments—Communications, Cinema and Television Arts, Communication Sciences and Disorders, and Human Communication Studies—and our Student Success team for creating such an informative and welcoming day. Your enthusiasm, care, and commitment to students make this college a special place.

And we got to show off our new tablecloths and department 1-sheets!

To our future Titans: We hope you could picture yourselves here. We’d love to be part of your next chapter!

What an incredible celebration of student creativity and storytelling at the 27th annual Newport Beach Film Festival! 🎬🎥

Thrilled to attend the Cal State Fullerton Cinema and Television Arts (CTVA) Student Shorts Showcase, featuring six fascinating, diverse, and compelling films by our talented student filmmakers. Even more exciting was seeing a packed theater, with standing room only, as audiences came together to celebrate their work!

It was especially meaningful to share the afternoon with faculty and staff from the College of Communications and CTVA, along with generous donors and supporters who believe in the next generation of storytellers.

Over 27 years, the Newport Beach Film Festival has grown into a remarkable weeklong international celebration of cinema. The College of Communications has been a proud partner since the festival’s beginning, and it’s inspiring to see that relationship continue to create opportunities for our students to showcase their creativity and talent.

So proud of our student filmmakers and everyone who helped bring their stories to the big screen! 🧡💙

it can’t always be LA, someone’s gotta hold it down at College Park in Fullerton

Earlier this month, we tabled in front of College Park to promote the club. It was so awesome to represent Lambda Pi Eta and see so many new faces! We can’t wait to see how the rest of the semester unfolds 😊🙏🏼 by @commcsuf
