🏆 Commencis Named 1st Runner-Up at the Ignyte × ElevenLabs Future of Voice AI Challenge!

Competing in a challenge that drew nearly 10,000 participants worldwide, Commencis AI team advanced to the final five teams and earned the 1st Runner-Up title at Dubai AI Festival 2026! 🎉

Our team was recognized for a voice AI assistant that helps financial institutions handle overdue payment follow-ups more efficiently.

Built with ElevenLabs technology, the assistant speaks with customers in their preferred language, answers their questions, records payment commitments, and brings in a human agent when a conversation needs one.
From multilingual conversations to smooth handoffs between AI and human teams, the solution shows how voice AI can take on a practical, time-consuming business task.

A huge congrats to our AI team on this outstanding achievement! 👏

That’s a wrap on World Aviation Festival 2026! ✈️

It was great to reconnect with our clients and partners and meet over 200 airline leaders in Lisbon.

A few key topics highlighted during this year’s event included:

✦ Disruption management: Moving beyond flight updates to helping passengers manage disruptions through smarter self-service.
✦ AI-powered travel: How AI assistants are changing flight discovery and booking, and what this means for airlines’ direct channels.
✦ Loyalty beyond flights: Using partner offers and personalized rewards to keep members engaged between trips.

The common thread was clear: the conversation is shifting from what technology can do to how airlines can put it to work.

Thanks to everyone who visited our booth and joined our raffles. We came back with fresh perspectives and plenty of ideas to build on. See you at the next events!
