Building deeper relationships starts with understanding yourself.

If you’ve been craving deeper relationships but aren’t sure how to get there, you’re not alone. 💛

Our new 12-week LGBTQ+ Men’s Intimacy Group is designed to help participants better understand relationship patterns, strengthen emotional intimacy, and build more meaningful connections in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

Program Details:
• Time: Wednesdays from 7:00–8:30 PM
• Cost: $30 per session
• Location: Connected Heart Therapy (Austin, TX)

Led by Joseph Germano (LMSW) and Clementyne Chambers (LMFT-Intern), the group integrates Relational Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Coherence Therapy.

Every “non-detail” girl needs her “detail” girls to make her look good — and in my case, it takes many! Huge thanks to @the_stiletto_mama, @hillcountrydonkeys, and @lifeanchoredhome. Y’all are the greatest! Everything turned out so beautifully, and I’m officially the most blessed non-detail girl in the world. 💕
