It’s almost time to fall back! Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 1, and while an extra hour sounds wonderful, the time change can still throw off our routines—especially for little ones! A little preparation can make the transition easier. Start adjusting bedtime routines a few days early, keep evenings calm and consistent, and create a relaxing atmosphere with some favorite Young Living essentials. Whether you’re helping the kids settle into a new schedule, winding down at bedtime, or looking for a little afternoon pick-me-up, these simple ideas can help make the time change a little smoother for the whole family. Here’s to restful nights, refreshed mornings, and an easier transition into the new schedule! 😴 Are you team “extra hour of sleep 😴” or “why is it dark so early?!” 🌅 when the clocks fall back? 😆 by @connieintexas
