Here’s exactly what happens when you join THE ULTIMATE REBUILD

1️⃣ REBUILD your training

We jump on an onboarding call and create your Ultimate Rebuild Blueprint.

Your goals, training history, schedule, lifestyle and dream physique. We break everything down and reverse-engineer a realistic system around YOUR life.

You’ll know exactly what to do, why you’re doing it and how to progress.

2️⃣ FORGE the physique.

We implement your training, nutrition and recovery systems so you can get leaner, stronger and build an aesthetic physique without sacrificing your social life or the foods you enjoy

3️⃣ DOMINATE for life

Because having a plan is one thing. Sticking to it long enough to see results is another.

That’s why you get weekly check-ins, group calls twice a week, a community of like-minded lads and direct access to me for feedback and support.

Everything is designed to keep you accountable when life gets busy and motivation disappears.

Because let’s be honest, you don’t lack the knowledge to build your dream physique. You lack the structure and accountability to execute it consistently the second life gets busy again

That’s exactly what we fix.

Rebuild the training
Forge the physique
Dominate for life

DM “REBUILD” for full details. by @connorecksfit

4 years ago (age 22), I could barely even look at myself in the mirror

I hated taking my top off on holiday
I was insecure with how I looked

I had low standards. Crooked teeth.
And the worst thing..

I wasn’t proud of the man looking back at me

Like most men I searched for distractions instead of facing reality head on

Alcohol. Scrolling.
Cheap dopamine.

Anything that made me escape how I really felt

Eventually..

I had to face the man in the mirror and be honest

The best version of me doesn’t continue avoiding the truth

So I made a decision

To become someone I could genuinely respect again

At first, the goal was just to build a physique

But the physique was never the real transformation..

It was what the physique represented:

My discipline
The promises I kept to myself
My daily choices

I slowly started trusting myself again

And once I trusted myself with the small things…
Everything else starts to change

How you speak
Your energy + testosterone levels

Speaking with confidence
Starting backing myself with bigger things

Because as a man…

your own self-image shapes everything

How you carry yourself

The energy you bring give out

The opportunities you take

The women you attract

Getting in shape isn’t the finish line
But it’s the foundation to everything else

The world doesn’t need more distracted men chasing the next hit of dopamine

It needs men who can trust themselves

That’s why I created The Ultimate Rebuild.

Not only just to help you build muscle
But to help you rebuild the man behind it

A sustainable system built around your life:

Your schedule
Your experience
Your goals

So you can stop guessing, restarting over every Monday and finally become the man you can be proud of

Because once you change how you see yourself…

You change the way you move through life.

How much longer are you willing to delay the inevitable?

Believe in yourself. by @connorecksfit

WHO IS MY COACHING FOR?

P.S. It’s not for everyone.

It’s for the guy who’s ready to take action.
The guy who’s done making excuses.

The guy who wants to feel genuinely proud of what he sees in the mirror.

The guy who knows he doesn’t need more information.. he needs the right system and accountability to stick to it.

And most importantly… the guy who knows that if nothing changes, nothing changes.

Because I know exactly what it feels like to be that guy.
I was insecure about how I looked.
I was scared to take pictures becauses of how I looked and my crooked teeth

I knew I wanted to change, but I didn’t have the guidance, structure or accountability to actually make it happen.

That’s exactly who I built and tailored my coaching around

Not for the guy who wants another quick fix.

Not for the guy who wants to start Monday and quit two weeks later.

And not for the guy who just wants another workout plan.

It’s for the guy who’s ready to build a physique, build confidence, and become someone he’s proud to be.

The same guy I used to be. by @connorecksfit

Proud of you brother @jj__859 by @connorecksfit

Take action, get one 1% better everyday, be consistent.

Bad days are going to come. Bad workouts will happen. Missed meals, missed sessions, days where nothing goes right

That's not the problem

The problem is what you do next

One bad day doesn't ruin your progress. Letting it snowball does.

Get 1% better every day. Stay consistent. That's the whole game. by @connorecksfit

You’ve got the time. You just don’t have your priorities straight.

DM “REBUILD” and I’ll show you a gameplan of how to build the physique you want around the life you already have. by @connorecksfit

You can be making £10k a months, running a successful business and still feel not feel successful within

Because success on paper doesn’t always translate to how you feel about yourself

You can build a business that makes you proud but if you’re still avoiding the mirror, feeling uncomfortable in your own skin or knowing you’re capable of more physically, that feeling doesn’t just disappear. by @connorecksfit

One of the biggest things holding you back isn’t your genetics, your metabolism or even your discipline.

Its that you’ve already joined the gym, dieted, trained consistently for a few weeks

But when the results don’t come as quickly as you expect, you lose consistency, then you eventually pack it in the second life gets busy again

Then you start doubting yourself

You convince yourself that maybe you’re just not someone who can stay in shape

So you start again, repeat the same cycle and end up back where you started

But here’s the thing

You haven’t failed at getting in shape.

You’ve just never followed a system long enough to see what you’re actually capable of.

Stop letting your past attempts dictate your future results. by @connorecksfit

You’re going to pay either way, bro.

It’s either investing to build a better version of yourself…

Or with another 6 months of wasted time, low confidence, and the same old excuses.

Stop spending money trying to hide your insecurities. Start investing in fixing the root problem.

DM me “REBUILD” if you’re ready to stop making excuses and start taking action. by @connorecksfit

You will have bad days.

You’ll have days where you can’t be arsed training

The difference is you not letting one bad day turn into a bad week, then a bad month, then falling off

Stop chasing perfectionism

Build a sustainable system you can get right back to by @connorecksfit

Seeing a lad’s relationship with his physique, training and himself improve is everything to me.

It’s not just about bigger arms, a fuller chest or looking better in the mirror.

It’s about finally seeing your hard work pay off, building confidence in yourself and realising what you’re capable of when you have the right system in place.

That’s what the Ultimate Rebuild is all about. 🤝 by @connorecksfit
