How does conscious design actually work? Many people think branding is simply about choosing a logo, colours, or fonts. But design goes much deeper. It begins with listening. With understanding your story, your values, and the impact you want to create. Only then can design become more than something beautiful. It becomes meaningful. This is the approach that guides every project I create: 🌿 Listen ✨ Clarify 🎨 Create 💧 Refine 🌸 Bloom Not because it’s the fastest way. But because thoughtful design takes intention. Conscious design isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making choices with awareness, understanding their impact, and doing our best to stay aligned with our values while creating with respect for people and the planet. If you’re building a business rooted in authenticity, your visual identity should reflect that too. 💬 Does it make sens? —— #ConsciousBranding #MindfulBusiness #BrandIdentity #EthicalDesign #GraphicDesigner by @conscious.flow.studio
Nature has always been the greatest designer. Sacred geometry, harmonious color palettes, balance, rhythm—these principles existed in the natural world long before we described them in design theory. This spiral reminds us that conscious design begins with observation. The more we learn from nature, the more timeless and meaningful our creations become. 📸 Photo by Junior Rodriguez —— #consciousdesign #naturalpatterns #sacredgeometry #natureinspireddesign #mindfulbranding by @conscious.flow.studio
I didn’t start Conscious Flow Studio to sell logos. I started it because I kept seeing the same thing: incredible healers, facilitators, and guides — people who’ve done deep, real work on themselves — hiding behind branding that didn’t reflect any of it. Templates that felt borrowed. Websites that felt loud when their practice is quiet. Your visual identity should feel like an extension of your work, not a costume you put on to look “professional.” That’s the whole premise here: branding and marketing that are honest, intentional, and aligned — never pushy, never performative. Eco-conscious in how it’s built. Respectful of your energy and your pace. This is the beginning of something I’ve been building quietly for a while. Dusk or Ember? 🍂 When your colors come from something real, they feel like home to the people who meet you. Dusty plum, soft sage, a thread of coral, a flash of terracotta. I found these tones on a walk, and I couldn’t stop noticing how naturally they belong together. I turned them into two palettes: Dusk, calm and deep, and Ember, warm and sunlit. Which one is your favorite? Tell me in the comments 👇 ——- #colorpalette #naturalpalette #brandingforwellness #consciousflowstudio #holisticbusiness by @conscious.flow.studio
I don’t want my business to be big. I want it to be meaningful. Conscious Flow Studio is a small, intentional space where I design ethical brand identities for wellness practitioners and spiritual guides. It’s one brand at a time, with care for the people I work with and for the planet. I love getting to know your story, your values and your unique energy, then creating a visual identity that feels like you, so your business can grow without losing its soul. And I want it to fit my life, because that was the whole point of starting this. 🤍 If this resonates, tell me in the comments what you want your own business to be (or not to be). ✨ Ready to explore your brand? Some of my best ideas happen when I’m not sitting in front of a screen. 🌿 So while I’m out here getting inspired, tell me what you’re working on. A new wellness business? A visual identity that needs a little love? A project you’ve been dreaming about? My DMs are open. ✨ Let’s create something meaningful together. A big love and thanks to @claire.a.proctor for this beautiful picture 🙏✨🍀 —— #consciousflowstudio #natureinspired #wellnessbudiness #brandidentitydesign #creativeinspiration by @conscious.flow.studio
Alignment is also the best marketing strategy. 🌿 Just like you check your body alignment in asanas, you can build your brand with awareness and adjust it to fit who you truly are. When your values, your voice and your visuals point in the same direction, people from your tribe recognise you. Swipe through for 5 simple ways to bring alignment into your marketing: 1. Know yourself 2. Trust yourself 3. Honour yourself 4. Express yourself 5. Return to yourself You don’t have to change everything at once. Sometimes, one honest decision is enough to begin. 🤍 ✨ Want to go deeper? Alignment isn’t a vibe. It’s a practice. 🌿 Alignment matters in every part of life: For your body: an aligned spine lets your energy flow at its best. For your life: align your actions with your core values and with what truly matters to you. That’s how you build the life you want to experience, no matter what others think. For your business: offer your skills to the world and help people with love. It keeps you motivated whatever happens, and it strengthens your energy and your abundance. For your brand identity: use visuals that match your core values and your activity, so the right people understand you and find you easily. When everything points in the same direction, things feel lighter. 🤍 ✨ Which area of your life feels most aligned right now? Trees are busy saving the world, so let’s make their job a little easier. 🌳 After my previous reel, here’s the full list of simple actions your brand can take for the forest, with the practical details: 🌿 Print only when it’s necessary 🌿 Go digital first 🌿 Choose sustainable paper and plant-based inks 🌿 Support reforestation 🌿 Be honest about what you do, no greenwashing You don’t need a big budget or a perfect setup. One small change is already a good start. And here is my own commitment: For every bespoke brand identity or website project I take on, I plant 3 trees planted through Tree-Nation (@treenation) as a gift to the forest 🌱 You can see my forest through the link in my bio. Which one are you already doing? Or which one could you start with this month? Tell me below. Save this post for your next print order or website update. One ground. infinite shades! I picked up some to create a earth’s palette. Soft. Rooted. Quietly alive. When I look at these colors, I feel: tenderness, courage, stability, comfort, clarity, acceptance. But the ground beneath you might speak a different language entirely, and that’s the whole point. Your brand deserves this depth. Not a color picked because it’s trendy, but the one that feels like home. The one that says who you are before you say a word. What feeling lives in your colors? ----- #consciousflowstudio #nature inspired #colorpalette #wellnessbusiness #consciousbranding by @conscious.flow.studio
Working with Claire was an amazing creativea collaboration. She brought her artist’s eye and a symbol full of her energy. I brought the branding lens. Each idea sparked another, (big brain stormings) and a beautiful drawing became a brand she is proud to carry. Follow her @claire.a.proctor . Is there a part of your brand that’s beautiful but not yet working for you? Trees are busy saving the world. They clean our air, hold our soil and shelter countless species. The least we can do as brands is not make their job harder. 🌳 Here are simple starting points: - print only when needed, - go digital first, - support reforestation (with @treenation for example). - stay honest about what you do. Which one are you already doing? Tell me below 🌱 I’m sharing the full list of ideas (with the practical details) in a carousel very soon. Follow along so you don’t miss it.
