Bree had already spent years on personal development, courses, and trying to grow on her own.

When we started working together, we began uncovering patterns she couldn’t see for herself, especially around urgency, pressure, and how she was showing up in her life.

Over the last seven months, she’s built a deeper level of self-awareness and says she’s learned more about herself than she had in her entire life.

This is the kind of transformation I love helping people create. by @consciousworldchangers

Why Coaches Stay Broke and Invisible

Most coaches aren’t broke because of lack of skill, they’re stuck in an identity that can’t receive. When you separate your worth from your role, everything changes. You stop chasing and start embodying value.

At some point, what you believe starts to feel like truth, but most of it was handed to you. Culture, language, and life experiences shaped an identity you didn’t consciously choose.

The real shift happens when you stop defending your beliefs and start questioning them. When you strip it all back, you don’t lose yourself, you finally meet who you truly are beneath it all, connected to something greater.

From a park in Paris, a realization hits hard: most people aren’t choosing their lives, they’re repeating them.

What you call your personality is largely inherited, conditioned, and reinforced over time. The brain adapts, wires, and rewires based on what you’ve lived through, not necessarily what you consciously chose.

If your identity was shaped by your past, the real question is this: who are you without it?

Your Clients Aren’t Broken… They’re Chemically Addicted to Their Problems

What looks like self-sabotage is often a learned chemical pattern. Change means breaking that cycle and training the brain and body to feel something new.

These three questions can give you insights and answers to move you forward in your coaching practice! by @consciousworldchangers

She did NLP in the 90s read every book attended every seminar and still money had her stuck for 60 years until Monday. One question changed everything. by @consciousworldchangers

Well… I did a thing 😏✨

After 60+ hours of training, I am officially a Certified Conscious World Changers Elite NLP Life Coach. Can I get a Whoop Whoop! 🙌🔥

And no, I didn’t do it just to collect another certificate. Although I do love certificates.😉

I did it because I care about getting my clients real results. Not surface-level motivation or generic advice. But instead, personalized transformations that actually stick.

This certification deepened my understanding of how we think, decide, and change. And expanded what’s possible for the people I coach.

Every level I reach? You benefit. 💯

This is more than an announcement. It’s a declaration that I’m committed to mastery, growth, and helping you win at the highest level.

Let’s change the world, starting with yours. 🌍✨

POWER CHANGED WHEN I LEARNED WHOSE I AM

I chased money, status, respect.
I thought power meant being feared.
Then I got still.
Prayer led to study.
Study led to questions.
Questions led to truth.
I am not powerful because of what I have.
I am powerful because I know who I belong to.
A child of God.
When identity changes, everything changes.
If you feel the pull toward something deeper, follow it. by @consciousworldchangers

What if your stillness is sacred?

In a world addicted to urgency, slowing down is rebellion.
Your nervous system knows when it’s time to deepen, not do.
When it’s time to breathe, not build.

Let your roots grow in the unseen.
Your next season is already preparing you—quietly, powerfully.

🌿 Honor your inner winter.
🌱 Trust that it leads to your fullest bloom.

🔁 Save this if you’re in a season of stillness.

Let’s speak the truth…

You can’t carry your past and rise into your future at the same time.

The weight of old stories—
The shame, the regret, the fear—they were never meant to come with you.

You are allowed to outgrow what you once needed to survive.

Release, not with judgment, but with reverence.

This is your moment to unburden.
To breathe deeper.
To rise, lighter than you’ve ever been.

You’re Not Stuck. You’re Just Rehearsed.

You’ve got the vision board.
The routine. The meditations. The journaling.
You’re doing everything right.

So why does it still feel like Groundhog Day—with prettier lighting?

🧠 Truth is:
Your brain fires 60–70K thoughts a day.
And 90% of them? Just yesterday’s fears in today’s disguise.

The problem isn’t your effort.
It’s your identity.
Your body is still loyal to who you had to be to survive.

— You flinch at compliments.
— You sabotage peace.
— You call trauma “just how I am.”

You’re not lazy.
You’re programmed.
Your nervous system is running old code—dressed up as “doing well” but haunted by old wounds.

Your future isn’t ghosting you.
Your body keeps sending it to voicemail.

You don’t need more strategy.
You need safety to become someone new.

Because no matter how much you’ve done,
you can’t fly first class with a boarding pass from your past.

It’s time to recode the identity beneath the grind.
You’re not stuck.
You’re just rehearsed.
