Last weekend's Contact Improvisation workshop given by Tarek @ci_tarek was a deep dive into movement, connection, and trust 💫 Through body awareness, solo and partnering floorwork, and exploring the dynamics of falling and rising, we tuned into the intelligence of our bodies 🫶 From basic lifting techniques to maintaining a fluid connection with partners, the practice was fun, engaging, and full of learning. Grateful for the shared energy and exploration!
