Solid prep training today ahead of Sweden! We pushed each other hard β€” grip, speed, obstacles… bring on Gothenburg! πŸ”₯ Let’s go Team GBR πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ™Œ by @cookie_ocr_uk
OCR400 - Euro Champs Final! Had an amazing weekend in Limerick! I thought I would love the 400m format, and it didn't disappoint... The final run was electric - all 3 of us put down MUCH faster times than we did in the heats, and congrats to @bozzo_davide11 for the πŸ₯‡ with a crazy time of 2:18. The battle for πŸ₯ˆ was so close, me and @bartosz_stefanczyk_oficiall were together the whole way but his wheels technique was as good as any of the elites and he deserved second spot πŸ’ͺ Well done @ocrireland for putting on a great event, look forward to seeing you all again for the worlds next year! #obstaclecourseracing #ocreuropeanchampionships #universityoflimerick #britishobstaclesports #ninja #ocr by @cookie_ocr_uk

HIGHLIGHT REEL! @ocreurochamps What a competition! After 30th place in Italy last year I set my target on top 20 and to keep all bands - it was so tough in the heat but I pushed myself and buzzing to come home in 14th and all bands still on the wrist πŸ’ͺ Huge thanks to the whole @nuclearwildforestteam for their guidance and encouragement, (especially @attiva_yoga , @deanwjohnson1973, @wildforestalex and @andrewdurrance) and to all the @britishobstaclesports UK team! πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Massive thanks as well to @stuartjeffery1 and @uk_ocr_harry for the pre-race prep - seeing how champions approach a race really helped πŸ‘Š 100m didn't go so well, mistakes on both qualifying runs meant I just missed out on the knockout rounds, but turned out OK as I got to watch 'Super Saturday' with my AG teammates all absolutely smashing it - well done @charliegymclimber , @hsearle739 , @l0gan_hands and @jaminkooooo πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Next stop - Limerick for the first ever 400m Euro Champs! #obstaclecourseracing #britishobstaclesports #ninja #ocr #ninjawarrior by @cookie_ocr_uk
Bit late in posting (year 10 exams!) but here's my run from the @theptbarn OCR400 national trials! Great course from Scotty as always, and loving the 400 metre format - can't wait for more of these events! Got πŸ₯ˆin male youth and qualified for #ocr400 Euro champs in Limerick, congrats to @ollie.a_ocr for the overall win in the Elite category... Makes me feel better about 2nd place! πŸ˜‚ #obstaclecourseracing #ocr #ninja #ninjawarrior by @cookie_ocr_uk
WNL SERIES X QUALIFIER! πŸ₯ˆ First competition of 2025, as usual a great setup from Dion and the team @true_function_ninja_training for the @worldninjaleague qualifier. A couple of little mistakes but overall i think my best ever ninja performance - timed out just before the wall but managed to complete every obstacle on a really tough course. Really happy with the πŸ₯ˆ in a stacked category, and congrats to @calvin.parkour for the πŸ₯‡- incredible performance. Bring on the next comp in February! #ninjawarrior #ninjawarrioruk #britishobstaclesports #obstaclecourseracing #beatthewall #ninja #2025 by @cookie_ocr_uk
WNL PREMIER SERIES 4th place at @worldninjaleague premier series qualifier at @true_function_ninja_training - great fun, the 'tyre of death' finished off my speed run early so I was first to go on the challenge round and got caught out on the angles with two dismounts. Love the fact that the commentator noticed my @ultimateninjauk top πŸ”₯ Congrats to @james_percy235 for the well deserved πŸ₯‡, and as always loved competing against @calvin.parkour πŸ₯ˆ and @charliegymclimber πŸ₯‰- you guys are all machines! See you all in Birmingham for the 100m champs! #ninja #ninjawarrior #obstaclecourseracing #britishobstaclesports by @cookie_ocr_uk
Topped out on 3 orange routes (V3/4) that I hadn't managed before over the weekend (the last one with some advice from some of the @colchesterclimbingproject regulars!) Had a look at some of the reds (V5/6) but definitely not ready for those just yet! #climbing #rockclimbing #bouldering #colchester #wintertraining #ninjawarriortraining #britishobstaclesports by @cookie_ocr_uk
Couple of new routes at @colchesterclimbingproject that really suit a #ninjawarrior ! Going to spend a lot more time here over the winter, just a light session this weekend as I need to look after my hands for the @worldninjaleague premier series event at @true_function_ninja_training next Sunday! #ninjawarriortraining #obstaclecourseracing #bouldering #rockclimbing #colchester by @cookie_ocr_uk
Crucial moment in the British Junior Champs under 18 category! Came into the A-frame in 4th, had run a clean race with πŸ’―% obstacle completion and my strongest ever run but I was still just a bit behind the top 3 who were all really strong... Then my UK OCR teammates and friends cheering me on spotted that one of the boys ahead had failed the final obstacle... I've never done an adult size A frame so was a bit nervous on the way down, but managed to turn on the gas, clear the multi-rig and nick the Bronze medal on the line! Thanks team - your support gave me the extra 1% needed πŸ”₯ , this is why I love being part of this community 😁 #obstaclecourseracing #britishobstaclesports #britishchampionships #spartanrace #nevergiveup #supporters #friends #pov by @cookie_ocr_uk
