I tried the Gari porridge and it’s safe to say, if you don’t have tapioca available just grab your Gari🤣… but tapioca has a smoother texture and personally o love this texture. Will you be trying?

The wrapping of the samosa was such a hassle and when I finally got it, I couldn’t capture it. I’ll make a separate video for that.

Here is a very straightforward way to make your Jollof…

Use this to cook your meat:
*bouillon tablet*
*a blend of green pepper, onion, garlic and ginger*
*salt*

Fry when it’s cooked…

In the same oil you used to fry;
*Fry some onions*
*Add your blended onion, pepper and tomatoes *
*Add bouillon tablet*
*Allow it to cook for about 25 minutes*
*Add your fried meat*
*Add your rice*
*Add the meat stock and a little water*
*Cover and let it cook*
*stir and cover with parchment paper*
