Your nasolabial folds are NOT always a “filler problem.” 👀

And treating them directly?

Sometimes makes the face look heavier.

Here’s what I look at first.

Nasolabial folds are the lines that run from the sides of your nose toward the corners of your mouth.

They can become more noticeable with:

Collagen loss.

Volume changes.

Skin laxity.

Facial movement.

And changes in the deeper structures of the face.

This is why I don’t automatically reach for filler.

Because the goal isn’t to erase every line.
