👻Happy Halloween 🎃 from the new home. Had to dress up as the most famous Cory I know in Nova Scotia. Hope @trailerparkboysofficial appreciate the homage to a funny character. Had a good laugh doing this one, also go to the store for some smokes for Ricky now 😂

Had a great Cabot Trip this year! Played the links twice and cliffs once. Wind on Friday was 70 km/h, Saturday was about 40-50 km/h, and Sunday was 10-20 km/h at the cliffs! Wish I could say the lower winds help, but those greens are tricky. What a great closing weekend. Even got to see and hear the bag pipes at sunset 🤯

We had a great group of 12 guys this year! Till next year… by @corey_dube

Bear sighting near my house. Current neighbourhood watch 👮🏼‍♂️🚔🚨. He did not care for the car alarm. Wild times #novascotia by @corey_dube

Quick trip to Newfoundland. Golfed in 6 degree weather 🥶, watched team Canada play their first FIFA World Cup game ⚽️, game night with friends 🎲, and a Newfoundland wedding to finish 🥂. Congrats to Keaton and Brittany 💍🍾. Wishing you a life time of love and happiness! by @corey_dube

💪 Build golf-specific strength
🚀 Increase distance off the tee
🧘‍♂️ Move better and swing pain-free

If you’re a golfer who feels tight, inconsistent, or wants to unlock more power without just swinging harder, this program is built for you.

💥 NO ONE WORKS HARDER THAN AMANDA 💥

She’s a single mom.💪
She works full-time.🧠
She’s taking courses to level up.📚
She plays sports herself.🏐
AND her kids play high-level sports too!🏆

Most people would use that as an excuse to slow down…
But not Amanda.

She STILL makes time to get to the gym.
She shows up. She works HARD.
And she’s one of the most positive, upbeat people we know!🔥

We’re so proud of everything she’s doing—and how she does it all with a smile.😊

Let’s show Amanda some serious love in the comments!👇

Not long ago, Amanda was running on empty. 😞
She was working full time, raising her family, and giving her all to everyone else—but had nothing left for herself. 💔

Her clothes didn’t fit.

She didn’t feel good in her own skin.

And deep down… she knew she wasn’t showing up as the best version of herself.

💥 Fast forward to today—Amanda is THRIVING!
She’s down 39.5 inches and 20 lbs!
Her energy is back. Her confidence is back.
And she’s becoming the strongest version of herself—for her and for her family. ❤️

Amanda didn’t do hours of cardio.
She didn’t cut out her favorite foods.
She found a simple system that fits her busy life—and stuck with it.

If you're a mom who's been putting yourself last…
This is your sign.

✨ You can get your spark back.
✨ You can feel good in your skin again.
✨ You can be the example you want to be.

Drop a 🔥 in the comments and let’s chat about how we can make this your story too!
