Wish I could have gotten the 500 deadlift, but I’m very happy with my squats. Going to be my last comp for a while, but I’m going to take this meet and grow from it #powerlifting #power #powerliftingmotivation #strength #strenthtraining #fitness #fitnesslife #fitnessmotivation #squat #deadlift #bench @cooper__conant @_tara__gray_ @reachff_tuck @iain_lifts @elijahcheinze @reachff_parkerpwr @andrewtindal @levigross45 by @coreyraby.5
Tested Kabuki Summer Kickoff Recap . . At 21 years old this was my third ever time competing. This meet was very surprising for me, and overall I think it went well. I decided to move from 67.5kg (148lbs) weight class to 75kg (165lbs). My whole goal was to bulk up in order to grow as much muscle as possible for this meet. For the first time ever I was able to total over a 1000lbs total for this meet which was ultimately what I wanted to accomplish. . . .
