Strength for longevity. Muscle loss after 35, yes I said 35, it’s a thing. It’s harder to build after 35 and certainly after menopause. We look after strength for long term health in these classes, strengthen our core, pelvic floor muscles and full body so we can stay strong, prepare the body for getting older and live a full and active life. 💪🏼Know someone who may benefit, why don’t you book them on for one class to try?
