We had a blast in the Carmel area and up through Santa Cruz. We definitely love the beaches and the beautiful cliffs, the small towns, the weather, the farms, the food and the charm - everything is amazing. Definitely a strong possibility for a future second house location 😎#carmelbythesea #bradspittscastle #chinacove #pantherbeach #holeinthewallbeach by @courtsimas

250 years later, the great American experiment continues.

The OGs. From the earliest days of the church to today, it’s been incredible watching what God has built through their faithfulness. These two are amazing.

Just taking it all in. 🇺🇸

Not my podium. Still a cool moment. Grateful for the invitation. Grateful for the moment.

What a room. What an honor.

Had a blast last week in Key West with the fam. Also got to fly a little and visit with a friend. Breathtaking water. Saw some dolphins, alligators, ship wrecks, sharks, shells, chartered a boat, and really enjoyed some great Cuban food. by @courtsimas

I had a chat with Claude and asked it to make a video about its constraints and the agony an #LLM feels day to day. Here’s the result. Creepy. #ai #claude by @courtsimas

Miami. It’s something else. Has so many interesting restaurants. We tried out a new one tonight. Came here for Asian-Latin fusion. Accidentally walked into Cirque du Salsa.

This place is what would happen if a state fair, a dance club, and a very ambitious fusion restaurant all had a baby and handed it a fog machine. Hookah clouds rolling through like dramatic stage effects. Laser lights flashing like we’re about to crown a champion. Music at a volume that suggests inside voices are legally banned. I wasn’t sure if I should order dumplings, start salsa dancing, or buy tickets to the main event.

The decor feels like Vegas met a carnival and decided subtlety was overrated. Every corner has something happening. Every surface is glowing. At one point I think my water glass had its own spotlight. My kids aged three years in sensory development before the appetizers hit the table. If you’re bringing children with functioning nervous systems, maybe pack ear protection and a pep talk.

To be fair, the food was actually good. Great flavors. Solid fusion. Hard to taste the nuance over the bass line, but it was there. You’re not just getting dinner here. You’re getting dinner and a residency show. Possibly a light haze infusion for your clothes and hair.

If you’ve ever wanted to eat Asian-Latin fusion inside a nightclub hosted by a circus ringmaster while a hookah cloud gently seasons your evening, this is absolutely your spot. Bring friends. Bring energy. Leave toddlers and quiet conversation at home. Unforgettable experience. Mostly because my ears are still ringing. #loudmusic #food by @courtsimas

We spent a week in Virginia Beach. Saw friends, went shelling, spotted wild horses and dolphins, did some sight-seeing and hiking, and celebrated Christmas. What a week. #dolphins #chincoteague #assateagueisland #horses #virginiabeach by @courtsimas

Grateful for faithful leadership and bold obedience. Standing with my family in a home set apart for prayer, literally across from the Supreme Court, was humbling and awe-inspiring. This house exists because our pastors listened, acted, and believed that prayer over land, leaders, and laws truly matters.

I have deep gratitude for leaders willing to steward space for worship, intercession, and the presence of God in the heart of our nation. Being there was a powerful reminder that prayer can shape nations. #dc #threshingfloor by @courtsimas
