Hello World! May I serve you dinner please? ☕️🥰 by @couturewigz
Today, I choose to celebrate Becca! Yup the very face behind this brand. A full time career girl and full time multiple business owner. A full time momma too! Why did I choose a full time career and run a full time business at once? It’s simply cause I love doing both! I have the same passion for my career as I do for my business and one doesn’t outweigh the other. And who says I can’t have both? 🤷🏾‍♀️ Although it’s far from being easy, committing to two different causes that requires equal energy, consistency and attention, and I’m far from getting it all together at once, but that’s ok! What matters the most to me is how much I’m able to improve on where/ who I was yesterday, and making the decision daily of becoming a better version of who I am today. Today I choose to celebrate me for perseverance through tons of burnout, for choosing to show up(and lately, behind the scenes). I have had to do loads of behind the scenes for the past few months, investing heavily in myself and in my skills, re-strategizing and doing cleanups. Even while doing so, I was beating myself up for not showing up as I should for my business “on social media “ it took a lot of burnouts to realize that sometimes showing up behind the scenes is just enough! All I’m saying in a nutshell is: It’s ok to have a full time career and run a full time business, it’s ok to go for all of your dreams, it’s ok to slow down to re-strategize, it’s ok to only show up behind the scenes sometimes, it’s ok not to have it all together at once. It’s totally ok to celebrate you and your milestones! You’re exactly where you need to be at this time. That said, I’ll be sharing some of the stuffs I have been doing behind the scenes with y’all soon! Stay tuned 😘 Xoxo Becca 🤍 #wcw #blackownedbusinesses #blackbusinesstoronto #blackbusinessowners #torontobusinesses by @couturewigz
