Exactly one year ago i posted my first balu art here to wdwerk. And also over one year now i fell in love with their music. A lot has happened in this one year and i‘m still processing everything. I met them the first time in berlin at the listening party and showed them my wdwerk art and they remembered! 🥹 I didn’t expect anything really but i was so positively surprised how kind they were. (Little did i know i was in the same room with juliana (@ohnotagaingirl ) who‘s now a very close friend of mine🫂)

After that i was so motivated and inspired to do more art and with portal releasing i got even more excited. I knew if they announce a europe tour i‘d have to be at more than one show. (Well….😂)

During tour i met sm nice people and even some of the crew and i feel so grateful i had the time to do all that stuff. After tour was over i felt really depressed i‘ve got to feel sm positive feelings and i felt so free and just…at home. So i had to adjust to my normal life again and i still struggle til today bc i feel so lost at the moment. Idk who‘s reading all this and i know i‘m oversharing but it helps to let it out a bit ❤️

When i made this art i thought of how proud i am of them. They’re doing this for such a long time now and to now seeing them doing their own headline tour outside their hometown makes me so emotional. They deserve it sm and they really made it! 🥹

„all we ever know is that we never know.“ Young henry and pierre prob never knew how successful they‘d be some day and now here they are on big stages ❤️

So this art piece isn’t just a bday present for wdwerk but also to show my love and gratitude for Henry and Pierre and the friends i made along the way 🫂❤️

Sorry for the big text, next time it‘s a small caption again haha.
