✨ “I’m retiring…” ✨

Not from hair — but from certain services. Examples: lace closure and frontal sew-ins 💔After 5 wonderful years of offering those services that jumpstart my career, it’s time to step away so I can pour fully into the next chapter of my career. 💕

About 70% of my clientele have experienced hair loss in some form, and meeting each of them over the years drew me further into my calling: I wanted to do more to help. That’s why I took my cosmetology license further and trained to become a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist. 🌸

Not only do I have the honor of providing natural, realistic medical wigs for my clients, but these wigs can also be covered by insurance — up to 80–100%. That means many clients can receive FREE wigs, restoring both confidence and comfort during a difficult time. ✨

So while I’ll still be behind the chair part-time, my full-time focus will now be on luxury wigs, cranial prosthetics, and wig installment services with Cranial Comfort. @cranialcomfort

To every client who has trusted me with your crown over these 5 years — thank you. You’ve been part of my growth and my journey, and this transition is truly bittersweet. But I know I’m stepping into my calling, and I can’t wait to serve you in this new and meaningful way. 💖

With love,

🤍 Important Insurance Processing Update

Due to the overwhelming volume of inquiries, Cranial Comfort Co. will be temporarily pausing new insurance claim processing and reimbursement assistance beginning Monday, July 13. We anticipate resuming claim processing during the first week of September.

Medical wig consultations and custom cranial prosthesis services will continue as normal. Clients may still begin the process, be measured, and have their custom medical wig created during this time.

Once insurance claim processing resumes in September, eligible clients will receive assistance with submitting their reimbursement documentation.

This temporary pause allows us to provide every client with the exceptional care, attention, and support they deserve while we work through our current volume.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in Cranial Comfort Co. We look forward to assisting even more clients when insurance processing resumes in September. 🤍 by @cranialcomfort
