Baby’s first Halloween!! by @crashville78

10 months of this sweet, beautiful, and loud soul! He learns so many new things every day. I am beyond blessed to have him in my life!

🎃 can say “wants” and “more” in sign language
🎃 loves to eat fideo, and any home cooked meal that mama makes
🎃 Snickers has become his best friend
🎃 we are pulling ourselves up more, but still trying to learn how to get down
🎃 loves to yell around the house. You can hear him say “look, go, Bubba, Bub, Lijah, this”
🎃 his hair has grown so much in a month
🎃 loves to FaceTime anyone and everyone
🎃 is still obsessed with his Nana.
🎃 learning to use a sippy cup
🎃 now has 8 teeth! And chews like a grown man
🎃 sleeps so good through the night (mama appreciates this)

2 more months and you’ll be ONE. Time, please slow down! by @crashville78

Therapy looks different for everyone.

For me, sometimes it looks like firing up the console and getting behind the controller, and leaving everything else at the door for a little while.

Gaming doesn’t make the problems disappear. It just gives my mind somewhere else to go, helps me reset, and reminds me that I’m still moving forward.

Mental health isn’t always about having the right words. Sometimes it’s finding the thing that helps you breathe again.

This is what therapy looks like for me.

They said he was too aggressive.
Too fearless. Too relentless.

But Max Verstappen was never here to fit the mold.

He came to Formula 1 to push the limits, challenge the best, and redefine what it means to race on the edge.

Every lap. Every battle. Every championship fight.

No shortcuts. No fear. No surrender.

4x World Champion Max Verstappen

This little thick thighed, full of joy, chunky boy is 9 months old today! We love him so much. He is learning and growing oh so much! It’s wild to think that he will be one in just 3 MONTHS!!

🏎️ He has mastered crawling. No more is he doing the butterfly stroke, while throwing his body forward.
🏎️ He has 6 teeth that he uses constantly to chew his food like he’s a grown man.
🏎️ He loves watching Ms Rachel
🏎️ He has learned to clap
🏎️ He loves to eat his teething sticks
🏎️ He just loves eating food in general
🏎️ He weighs 24 lbs. (crazy to think he was underweight when we got him)
🏎️ He’s still very much a fishy in the water
🏎️ Loves to shake his head “no”
🏎️ Has started pulling himself up and standing when he can
🏎️ He still chases all the dogs wondering why they want nothing to do with him
🏎️ Is an F1 driver in his race car walker
🏎️ Says “mummm,” “baba,” “blah, blah, blah”
🏎️ Loves his Nana and Momo so much
🏎️ Loves his Auntie @julianeleathers and Auntie @tayrags003 , but it still learning to tolerate @leathersriley by @crashville78

This week has been a whirlwind of events that I got forgot to wish this sweet boy a happy 8 months! His personality shines through more and more. He is so silly and loves laughing. He loves him some pizza and real food, except for broccoli 🤣. He’s a little fish who loves to swim and take a bath. We are still working on our crawling, but man, he’s got those planks down to a science. by @crashville78
