Heart shaped anything is a hit around here 🤍These premade waffles are so easy to grab out of the freezer & pop in the toaster oven ✅

•2 cups flour
•2 tablespoons sugar
•1 tablespoon baking powder
•2 eggs
•1 3/4 cup milk
•1/2 cup melted butter
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat waffle iron. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine. Don’t over mix. Spray iron & pour batter. Insert popsicle stick while waffle is still warm. Once cooled place flat in freezer to harden for about an hour then can be stored in ziplock bag. When ready to eat just pop in toaster oven for 5-7 mins at 350 for a quick breakfast on the go 😍

🍲Perfect for chilly nights, and the whole family loves it.
Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
2–3 carrots, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 small can tomato paste
6-7 cups chicken broth
2 cup heavy cream
1 family-size bag of cheese tortellini (I used Rana 5 Cheese)
2 big handfuls of spinach
Parmesan for topping
How to make it:
1 Heat the olive oil in a large pot and brown the sausage.
2 Add the onion and carrots and cook until soft.
3 Stir in the garlic and tomato paste.
4 Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
5 Stir in the cream, then add the tortellini and cook according to the package.
6 Stir in the spinach until wilted.
7 Serve topped with parmesan and enjoy!
Save this for your next cozy night in 🤍
