From studying Level 3 Performing Arts at @leedscitycollege to making her mark in the professional theatre industry! Today, we were delighted to welcome @ezomgido back to the School of Creative Arts to deliver an inspiring Q&A session with our current Performing Arts students. Having built an exciting career as a choreographer, movement director and performer, including a nomination at the Black British Theatre Awards, she shared valuable insights, experiences and advice about working in the industry. It was fantastic for our students to hear first-hand from someone who once studied with us and is now making waves in the industry. A huge thank you, Tinovimbanashe, for coming back, sharing your journey and inspiring the next generation of performers and creatives. by @creativeartslcc
Over the past two weeks, a cohort of @leedscitycollege students from @creativeartslcc, @lcchealthsciencesocialcare & @businesslcc were fortunate to take part in @goetheinstitut_london's Exchange2Change: Shaping Future Vocational Pathways' programme, where young people from Kempten, Germany and Leeds, UK explored vocational training systems, collaborated on future-focused projects, and built lasting international connections. The programme brought together 29 students/apprentices and 6 teachers, spending 10 days together in both countries. During this time, the participants worked on 6 different projects in their respective fields and presented them in both English and German at The Oracle in The Printworks Campus. We would like to say a huge thank you to GIMAGINE, Friends of the Goethe-Institut and @jugendaustausch.bayern We look forward to developing the international relationships you have helped initiate, Danke! by @creativeartslcc
