We’re growing. 🤍 Since opening our doors in East Austin, we’ve hosted 150+ events and welcomed over 1,000 women into Creative Collective. Every week our founder house gets a little fuller and the programming gets a little bigger. So we’re looking for a Community Director: the person who makes every woman who walks in feel at home. You’ll:
→ Co-host our coworking days, each one intentionally designed so every woman leaves more focused, connected, and inspired than when she arrived
→ Welcome new members, guide them through community benefits, and make sure every member gets the most out of the house
→ Help bring our community events to life, from Female Founder Night to workshops
→ Hear from our members about their needs to help shape programming
→ Be a warm, familiar face for our members, in the house and on our socials You might be the one if you light up around people, remember the details of their stories, and believe women go further together. This is a part-time role in East Austin, with room to grow. To apply, fill out the form in our bio. Know someone who’d be perfect? Send this to her. by @creativecollectiveatx

It started with a friendship over coffee when we realized we shared a dream of owning a community space. So we planted a seed and kept saying yes to each other’s wildest ideas. Now, we’re building Austin’s Female Founder House — a home base where female founders have the resources, community, and space to grow their businesses. One of the compliments we hear often is about our partnership and the dynamic we have together. Tbh, we wouldn’t be building this shared dream if it weren’t for each other. So this is our prayer for every woman with a big idea: May you find the partner, the collaborator, the friend who hears your wildest dream and says, “That’s not crazy. Let’s make it happen.” 🤍 by @creativecollectiveatx
