I’M SAYING FAREWELL…😢❤️ With the season of autumn comes letting go 🍂 On Oct. 1st I’ll be saying goodbye to Instagram and deleting my account in order to pause (end?) my habits with social media. I intend to recoup the time spent scrolling and reallocating that precious time to other things that are presently nourishing to my heart, mind, and soul. Not an easy thing to do, but I’m up for the challenge! I am very grateful for all of you and your support of Creative Spirit. Thank you for following my shares and for your own wisdom and gems that you’ve shared with me over the years. Insta has also been a source of joy and inspiration and for all of that I’m grateful! Creative Spirit will continue offering the occasional gathering and service and you can stay in touch through my mailing list: PLEASE SUBSCRIBE AT www.creativespiritma.com. FINALLY painting our beautiful marsh view in Wellfleet MA at @wishingwellfleet. So grateful to find a sweet set of acrylics (Phoenix) in town at Suchamuch (great this and that shop). Forgot my art journal so pulled scrap out of the recycling…nothing should stop one from painting when the spirit moves us! #creativespiritma #marbleheadma #art #artist #teacher #intuitive #spiritual #psychic #expressivearts #personalgrowth #transformation #healing #heartsndsoul #creativity #cardreadings #tarot #oraclecards #community #reiki #summer #wellfleet #wishingwellfleet #cottage #vacation #capecod by @creativespiritma

I often wake up, grab my journal, and at the top of a clean page, write the words, “My soul desires…” I next close my eyes and tune into the deeper parts of myself - below my personality, the ‘shoulds,’ the responsibilities, the fears, etc. - where my truthful and authentic desires dwell. I then make a list. Of my present desires, from little to big. And this magical exercise ALWAYS reveals my present JOYS! 🌞 I’m then free to move about my day and consider ways of incorporating these JOYS into my life. It’s a game changer. So, I’d love to know what JOYS are tugging at your own heart and soul these days. 😊 What’s bringing you joy and peace these days? Please share in the comments! And remember: No JOY is too simple, weird, big, or extravagant. Just honor the thought…and decide later what to do with them. Your JOYS are the golden bread crumbs leading to your glorious life’s purpose. ⭐️ #creativespiritma #marbleheadma #art #artist #teacher #intuitive #spiritual #psychic #expressivearts #personalgrowth #transformation #healing #heartsndsoul #creativity #cardreadings #tarot #oraclecards #community #reiki #joy by @creativespiritma
Every other Tuesday I have the absolute pleasure of leading my painting and crafts class at the Salem Senior Center in Salem, MA. I love the regular attendees, their joy, their willingness to create, and the stories they tell as we paint for an hour and a half❤️ This week we made mini abstract mixed media paintings in a grid of 4. They walked away with 4 beautiful works of art! So colorful, wild, playful, and FUN! Yes please!!! #creativespiritma #marbleheadma #art #artist #teacher #intuitive #spiritual #psychic #expressivearts #personalgrowth #transformation #healing #heartsndsoul #creativity #cardreadings #tarot #oraclecards #community #reiki #salemma by @creativespiritma
Have you ever experienced the power and wonder of a healing Reiki session? Yesterday’s session with a client was incredible. They came in carrying heavy anxiety, and after their time on the healing table (and after the added on card reading!), my client reported feeling lighter and significantly more at peace - as if the hour had completely cleared the anxiety 🙏🏻 Beautiful! This is what a Reiki energy healing session can do. ✨ My Energy Healing Services Are Back! ✨ Reiki may help: Reduce stress and anxiety Promote deep relaxation Support emotional healing and balance Enhance mental clarity and spiritual awareness Ease physical discomfort Restore harmony, vitality, and overall well-being Whether you’re seeking relief, renewal, or simply a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, Reiki can be a powerful invitation back to balance. ✨ Book a single session or save with a discounted package of 3 sessions. 🔮 Looking for deeper insight and guidance? Feeling depleted, stressed, foggy, uninspired, achy—or simply not like yourself? You’re not alone. Life is complex. The pace is relentless. Between personal challenges, daily responsibilities, and the intensity of what’s happening in the world around us, it’s no wonder so many of us feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted. If this resonates with you, I have something beautiful to share. ✨ My Energy Healing Services Are Back! ✨ I am once again offering private, one-on-one Reiki healing sessions in my Marblehead office, and I would be honored to support you on your healing journey. ⭐️Learn more and book your session using link in profile!⭐️ For years, energy healing has been my own trusted path back to balance whenever I need a deep reset—physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. Reiki consistently helps calm my nervous system, restore my energy, lift my spirit, and support my body’s natural healing processes. Most recently, after being diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease—an inner ear condition that can bring a wide range of symptoms—energy healing became an invaluable part of my wellness routine. The benefits have been profound, and I am deeply grateful for this practice. Now, I am thrilled to once again offer this gentle, nurturing, and heart-centered healing experience to others. 💫 Reiki may help: Reduce stress and anxiety Promote deep relaxation Support emotional healing and balance Enhance mental clarity and spiritual awareness Ease physical discomfort Restore harmony, vitality, and overall well-being Whether you’re seeking relief, renewal, or simply a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, Reiki can be a powerful invitation back to balance. ✨ Book a single session or save with a discounted package of 3 sessions. 🔮 Looking for deeper insight and guidance?
